We contacted Dylan for help with our Arborvitaes. He arrived at the schedule time and was professional, from his appearance to his knowledge. He found that exact problem within seconds and told us the remedy to save our tree's. He was very honest, he could have upsold us but he didn't. It is rare to come across someone who is fair and truthful. I know for a fact that if I need any of his services in the future, he will be the one I call. We could tell that he is someone who takes pride in his work. Thanks again Dylan for everything.

They worked on 4 trees needing various amounts of reduction and trimming, one of which had a major stem removed very close to the house. Alabama Arbor took down a bothersome Bradford Pear. They arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up well! I would recommend them and use them again.

I contacted Dylan to provide an estimate for taking out a very large tree that had gone down on our property. From my first contact with Dylan, I understood I was speaking with someone who was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went to the property the same day and provided a detailed estimate. He was also willing to work with us on the exact work that needed to be done and his charges. The property was up for sale, and before we could make arrangements for Dylan to take care of the tree, we accepted an offer from a buyer who agreed to handle the downed tree as part of the purchase. Although we did not ultimately need Dylan’s services, he is the first person I would call if I need any type of tree work done in the future.

After posting my initial review, it ended up that the sale on the property fell through. So I contacted Dylan again, and he and his crew came out promptly and took care of the trees on our property. They were prompt and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. I was very impressed with the work and would use them again in the future.

Alabama Arbor is treating a large white oak tree in my back yard. Dylan Bishop explained what needed to be done to restore the health of my tree clearly and explained the costs clearly. The services have been provided promptly on schedule and for the exact price quoted. Staff that I have worked have been very professional and courteous.

Alabama Arbor is a great group. They took down two rather large oaks directly in front of my house. Professional people who work hard.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this wonderful company. They were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The large job took three days as they limbed up a dozen trees and cut down 4. All of this work was performed in an intensely planted garden and they did not damage one plant. They even laid down mats to protect our lawn. They were so friendly and their pricing was fair. I highly recommend them.

Dylan and his crew were pleasant and professional from start to finish. We had several days of rain before they came out, and I was concerned about their equipment tearing up the yard, but they went out of their way to take care of it. Aside from the removal of the dying tree, you can barely tell they were there. My kids watched their work all day and remarked at how nice they were to wave and smile when they spotted them.

They’ve just finished and I couldn’t write a review fast enough. Best money we’ve spent in a long time. Three men with all the right equipment and safety gear thinned/pruned two out-of-control oak trees in one morning. The trees look healthy and gorgeous, and there’s not a leaf or branch left behind. Best of all is how knowledgeable, professional and pleasant Dylan is. We will call on Alabama Arbor again, and highly recommend them!

Dylan came to evaluate some trees that concerned me. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and reassured me of the soundness of my trees, instead of saying they ALL needed cutting like some tree services in the past. We agreed to take one down and to prune an overgrown maple and remove some large branches overhanging my roof.

We scheduled an agreeable date and his crew showed up on time, when expected. They were professional, equally knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. I've never had a tree company here who cared so much for the job they did. They demonstrated respect for our property and me, cleaned everything up over the two days they were here, even going so far as to blow off the drive and rake the residual sawdust into the soil for me. They took care for the surrounding green things, not wantonly breaking nearby trees or shrubs. They didn't even damage flowers and ferns within a foot of the tree that was removed.

They are careful, professional "tree geeks" who I would happily recommend and use again.

Dylan was amazing, sharing his time and knowledge with us when we inquired about servicing a weeping Japanese maple. He helped educate us on the tree as well as others on the property and neighborhood, always with a gracious demeanor and without upselling.

I wanted the bushes on my fence line cut back, not killed! We even discussed using a growth retardant as they grew back as they grow so fast. At NO time was killing 17 bushes discussed! I'm just devastated, it's completely ruined, with no way to fix. Maybe you should clarify what the client wants instead of assuming you know best.

The team that came out 8-20-2025 was professional, efficient, respectful, and thorough. Before they left, they checked to ensure that we were happy with the work that was done and were satisfied with the number of limbs removed. By the time they left after pruning the trees, the yards were free of all debris. We couldn't ask for a better group of workers.

Dylan and the crew were fantastic to work with, very professional, methodical and careful/safe in the work they did. Had three trees completely removed along with some branches removed from other trees.
