Service and then added many more of their services. I have known the family for long time. I just had an appointment with Devin
about my driveway and he explained the process in detail. He was very professional and very nice. He also showed us videos.
We are set up to do the drive in couple weeks!
Looking forward to another product with APS.

As always the APS technician conducted a very thorough annual service of the dehumidifier and sump pump systems they installed in my sealed crawlspace. Highly recommend APS for your crawlspace needs!

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated by APS, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. We worked with William who was very knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful in solving our crawl space moisture problem.

I have used Terry Sherman for years when he was with AFS, glad to be able to use him again with APS. He always does what he says he will do and always is on time for appointments and I really appreciate someone who values my time as much as theirs!

From the very first meeting with Nick, the sales consultant, to the install with Tyler and Carmelo, all was flawless. Our pool deck had multiple shifting issues and water wash outs. I was concerned that we were going to have to rip the entire deck out and redo it. Tyler and Carmelo seemed very confident they could make it like new. And they did just that! Each team member went above and beyond and I can't believe the outcome. We are so glad we chose APS foundation! Highly recommend this company!

APS was quick to respond to my online request within 18 hours! I had a rep come out to provide quotes for gutters and possible sump pump due to flooding issues in the basement. Their technician Terry walked through everything, explained the process, necessary equipment and the quote. The team that installed our gutter were professional, on-time, and did an excellent job. We’re pleased with the entire process from start to finish and would highly recommend them!

William Roberson did a great job explaining the driveway repair process, provided clear estimates for 3 different options to repair my driveway and modified them to meet my needs. A very helpful meeting leaving confident in the work plan.

If they come back out fix the few they broke it will be a good job.and I have send messages and emails no o e has got back with me.

AFS installed the supports under my house several months ago. None of my issues were fixed. Said they would come back in 3 months and adjust supports . They have not been back. I feel it was a waste of money.

APS was very professional. They explained everything fully along the way and made sure we understood the work they were doing and why. The work was done quickly and in the stated time. The mildew smell in our basement was gone the day they finished! We are extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them!

Terrific company for waterproofing a wet basement area. Installers are very efficient and careful to protect surrounding structures. Electrician did a great job making sure that the plug for the sump pump utilized it’s own circuit. I was very pleased with their work snd highly recommend their services.

Fast and fair estimate, arrived on time, crew was very professional and polite, work done quickly yet carefully. Very happy with the service.

Our home is approximately 35 years old, two-story, with a large crawl space, and I have been wrestling with the decision for over 5 years on how to get the foundation leveled correctly.
Devin from APS came to visit, and for the first time I felt he was someone I could trust, despite having prior consultations from another company.
Roman and his team installed the foundation support system, and while it is still not perfect, there are noticeable improvements, and I have peace of mind now. Devin is also coming back to reshoot and recalibrate the elevations, and they will return to make the necessary adjustments.

We initially called APS to get termite protection and found we had a pretty bad moisture issue in our crawlspace. Kyle got us taken care of on both fronts. He worked with us to find options that fit with our budget, answered all our questions, and was all around great.

Everyone at the office I talked to was so professional and kind. Everyone on the crew that came out to do our encapsulation was friendly and they were so fast and clean. You couldn't tell we had work done under the house after they were gone.

All around great service and I would definitely reccomend them.

They did a great job, I really love their customer service they are easy to talk with and the service rep is one of the nicest persons I’ve ever talk with. I hope they keep her. I recommend them with no reservations.

I had an appointment scheduled on October 29, 2025. No one showed up for the appointment. I called back the next day and ask why no one ever showed up for the appointment, I never got an answer for that question. The lady scheduled the appointment for November 4, 2025. The gentleman came and looked at my project for about an hour, he spoke with I presume his supervisor on his cell phone via video chat. He said he would need to come back with a endoscope camera and drill some holes in the patio floor mortar to see what is wrong. I told him that would be okay. As of November 5, 2025 no one has came back. I would definitely not recommend this company.
