The guys who showed up were professional, did the work exactly to my expectations. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work, from the initial estimates, the completion of the work and final
payment. These people are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation

It has been a month or so since APS installed twenty two helical piers around our house. During this period several pilings have developed erosion holes around the pilings. Some of these holes are more than a foot or two in depth and a foot in diameter. I am concerned as to how and why they occurred. I have told my contractor about them and they have refilled the holes and poured concrete around the tops to prevent any further erosion. Two of the pole brackets are actually above the ground level and are a danger to grass cutting and walking near the house. I understand that the contractor is going to come out and build up dirt mounds over them. I am not sure how that is going to look.

I’m not impressed with the job, to say the least.

We had APS lift a realign the slab around our pool. Every staff member was courteous and professional. APS maintained excellent lines of communication and they did what they said they would do when they scheduled to do it. The techs were great and left the work clean. A++

My experience with APS's waterproofing and repair of my crawl space was more than satisfactory. The team worked speedily, completing the work in good time. Their arrival was on time, they communicated well when necessary and did a great clean up job including the work on the damaged portion of the foundation. I particularly appreciated William Roberson's careful explanation of options when the difficulties were identified. Then when the work was done and I was unclear about how or where a part of the work had been done William came to clarify what was done.
I would recommend this group including the help Mr. Roberson gave from start to finish.

My experience with APS Foundations has been excellent. My representative, Kyle went under my house into the crawl space. He took pictures of the issues, and explained what needed to be done and why.

I was given an in-depth explanation regarding how many I-beams and piers would be needed to correct the foundation problems.

I was provided with a quote, in a timely manner. The quote was better than the amount I had received from two (2) other companies in the area.

The work will begin in January. Perfect timing for me! I am extremely confident that APS will do an outstanding job.

I had three teams at my home, one installing gutters, another repairing the garage door lift and a third team worked on filling the voids underneath my driveway along with leveling and filling the cracks in the drive.
I am impressed with the foam that was used for leveling the drive.

APS was very responsive, helpful, and did an amazing job. They communicated with me very well and kept me updated and ensured I understood the process and where they were through the process. The quality of the work was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

The technical crew showed up on time and worked quickly to finish filling our cracks in the entire driveway. They gave us a choice of colors. They cleaned up and our driveway looks great.

And whether you need anyting landscaping or not, come by here and talk to him because they've got a lot of cool ideas to that you could do yourself if you wanted to and just need some friendly advice. These guys right here know what they're talkin about the best in town to the best probably in Jefferson County and I would compare them to anyone out there. I'm telling you, you'll get over here to this place right here is now open to the public so you're more than welcome to come anytime, that way for nothing else come by and say hey, Mo lover your ideas with them and if you can't seem to get it done on your own, they're more than willing to help, these guys are great and they are open to the public at this point y'all come on in, ya'll hit this place up, they can turn your yard into an oasis and I can tell you this from personal experience, you could have a $200,000 homes up for about $150,000 if you're the I sort of the community, your landscaping is going to account for a percentage of your homing value. You can be the envy of the town, what are the odds for the town and that decision is yours, these guys can prevent one of those.

Metro Contractors has consistently provided us with wonderful, quality service. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The absolute worst contracting business in Alabama. Almost all of the employees are unprofessional, I’ve had work men walk in on me without knocking on the door. The prices are ridiculous and an unending amount of projects done have been very poor quality. I have a door “fixed” by them that won’t close unless you use the bolt lock. This is the absolute worst contracting company a person could use. I wish I could give them zero stars. Their representative “Roger” is ineffective and doesn’t contact customers back and has often been rude to me. Anyone would be better using a different service as whoever is operating this one is either incompetent or under the influence.

We just finished building a house with Metro, and I truly enjoyed working with Roger Little. He was honest, up-front, and kept his word every single time. Metro was certainly not the lowest bid we had, but his knowledge and professionalism made it worth every penny.
