I haven't gotten the estimates yet but they were certainly punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I asked for pricing several options so I expected a few days delay. They were here on Friday and it is only Sunday.
Update - The system has been in for a few weeks and I love it. The high tech air handler is wonderful. It is so quiet yo have to listen to hear it. With the old system we had to tourn the TV up when it kicked on because it was so loud.
The guys were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing but praise for these guys.

I have been using this company for more than a year now and have always been pleased with the workmanship, promptness and courtesy of the employees. I was so thankful for them today after a call from me reporting I had a leak in my ceiling. They responded within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and plan a solution. I highly recommend this company!

From setting the appointment with Chris and Daryl coming out to repair the issue it was a wonderful experience. Thankful they were able to help me in a timely manor.

It is my pleasure,to recommend Arctic Air & Heat. They answered my call ,late on a Friday, before a holiday weekend. Within an hour Mr. Darryl was at my house.
I needed a new motor for the AC.
Mr Darryl, checked to see if it was still in warranty, which it was, then put in a temporary, until the new one came in.
I have never experienced such excellent & kind service. My neighbors were impressed & even came over to meet Mr. Darryl
Not only will I continue to use Arctic, but my neighbors will call on them, if needed.

Would recommend these guys every time. Called them in the morning to come take a look at a faulty a/c that wasn’t cooling and they were there 3 hours later same day to fix the problem . They have always been courteous and prompt anytime I needed them for service!. Living on the lake has its problems with reliable help when you needed it—these guys have never disappointed!

What can I say more about these guys and their business practice. It is Saturday, Oct 16th, when everyone is off for the weekend and I called to get one of my 3 a/c systems serviced. Daryl picks up the call and is at our house in 30 minutes working on my system! Never expected a service call on a Saturday which is unusual let alone to have them come out and fixed the problem! These guys are the only ones I world trust to work on my a/c’s at the lake! Reliable, friendly and quick to respond! Thx again guys!!

Darrel and Lynn Kizziah at Arctic Air & Heat are really great. They are a God send! We are so pleased with our Train full package system and new duct work they installed a few years ago. It is so quiet and performs very efficiently. We would like to encourage you to use them if you are needing a system maintenance or a full package replacement .
