Daryl was the tech that came today to do the repair. He was the person that actually installed the unit years ago. It was great to see he was still with the company. Daryl text me to inform me when he would be here. He work through the issues me the ac unit had and got it going again. I really appreciated someone coming on a holiday first thing in the morning. I recommend Artic Air to my neighbors whenever they ask for a recommendation

John and Wayne were professional and friendly. They checked and serviced my heating system and told me of some preventative work that could possibly extend the life of the equipment. I’m very pleased that i chose Arctic Air & Heat.

Since I can't really explain mechanically what's going on, he has to translate it for me. He listens to what I say, identifies the problem, and fixes it. It took less than an hour today, and I think at a reasonable price.

Fast fantastic service that is great in the hottest part of the summer when your air goes out. They are reliable and quick to respond. They worked on our air a few years ago and this summer the drain got stopped up and they were there to fix it before we even broke a sweat. I can't brag enough on their fast professional service.

Arctic Air has been helping me keep my units working optimally for 4 years. This last service they had to replace some major components on my 11 yo unit. Parts were delayed, but they stayed until after 6pm on the day before Thanksgiving to make sure I was set up with heat. We are truly thankful for Arctic Air.

Cody and Zeke took very little time finding out why my heat pump quit working and repaired the problem in a very short time and the amount they charged me was reasonable. I'll definitely call them if I have any more problems with my heat pump again.

Outstanding overall experience! Once making the appointment I received confirmation via text. I received reminders prior to the appointment and notifications that the technician was on the way. The technician (Cody) was on time and was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. During the maintenance inspection an issue was discovered with my unit. The technician was able to repair it with very minimal cost, avoiding a costly repair or possibly creating a fire hazard down the road. I was in the middle of a renovation when my H&A provider didn’t show for his portion of the work. I called Arctic, and they saved me. They had a technician here within a couple hours. Quality work and affordable prices. I definitely recommend 💯

The install team did a great job. They arrived on time, were organized, courteous, and completed the work efficiently. The final result looks great and I’m pleased with the quality of the installation.

Where the experience fell short was communication and follow-through from management. Scheduling updates were unclear, and I received very little notice before the installers arrived. After the project was completed, there was no follow-up to review the work or address questions—only an invoice and request for feedback.

Artic Air literally saved my family from freezing during one of the coldest winter storms set to come! We are truly grateful for Artic Air, they care and they will do their best to get you what you need! The installation team was on time and great (Cody) and they even cleaned up afterwards!
