I purchased a air conditioner seven orso years ago. Yesterday I called to see if someone could come out to help me. I was given an estimated time fortunately it was actually a little bit sooner than that. Andrew showed up and did exactly what I needed to put batteries into the box on the wall that says the temperature. It was flashing that there was low batteries. Andrew took just minutes to get that fixed for me. He also repared a lamp in the hallway and charged me nothing extra.

I had another company tell me I needed a new unit. They showed up, checked everything and found that I only needed some minor maintenance and my unit was cooling again.
