Southern Pride, is on the spot. I called got quick on-site estimate, and great prices. They do the research and found the best prices out there for my plants. The service is great, highly recommend!

I had the owner come out to my home to give me an estimate on my electrical work. It involved installing commercial grade LED lighting in a renovation project I have been working on. He came out and provided a quote the next day. He assured me he knew how to complete this job and had experience. The next day I had 3 guys show up who had no idea how to do anything with LED lighting. They were asking me questions how to wire it up even after I handed them instructions from everything. They said they were done in 4 hours. When I turned on my LED lights in the master bedroom they were strobing and flickering. The crew left anyway after showing them this. I didn't feel so great about it and had more electrical work to be completed but I was waiting on items to arrive in the mail. I called another electrician out and he went through everything. The flickering with the LED lights was from a ground not connected in the light switch box in the bedroom. The power supplies in the attic to the LEDs were wired wrong entirely. The power inverter to power the wall control panel had wiring going to a power supply which should have never happened. The power supplies have their own dedicated power already in the attic within a few feet and this was explained several times. The crew did not appear to be legitimate electricians and I ended up paying another electrician double to come back and fix the mess they installed. The electrician that came out actually knew how to install LED lighting. I contacted Mr. Beasley about the installation through text message explaining my situation with no response. I gave him the opportunity to make it right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A JOKE.

Mr. Beasley, this review will cost you more business than if you had just made it right.

Air went out and they came next day and evaluated the issue and came back with parts to fix later that evening. Saved me from having to sleep in a hot house. Technician was very kind and gentlemanly. Would recommend!

George serviced our AC systems on Thursday. He did an excellent job finding both systems in good condition as usual. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and insured that our systems were in good condition for the upcoming the spring and summer. I highly recommend Herring Heating & Air.

I purchased a air conditioner seven orso years ago. Yesterday I called to see if someone could come out to help me. I was given an estimated time fortunately it was actually a little bit sooner than that. Andrew showed up and did exactly what I needed to put batteries into the box on the wall that says the temperature. It was flashing that there was low batteries. Andrew took just minutes to get that fixed for me. He also repared a lamp in the hallway and charged me nothing extra.

I’ve used Herring for about 20 years and have always been pleased with their service. I’ve had 2 new units put in at different houses and trust Herring to steer me in the right direction. They also service my 2 cousins’ houses.

I had another company tell me I needed a new unit. They showed up, checked everything and found that I only needed some minor maintenance and my unit was cooling again. They know their stuff and have the best financing options if you need a new unit. 60 mos same as cash!!

Brandon was awesome! Fast, efficient, and on time. He identified the problem quickly and explained the best most affordable option to fix. He was able to leave and go get the part and return and install and get my AC back going in all under 1 hour. I highly recommend Herring Heating & Cooling.

Not great at showing up on time. The first time I scheduled an appointment, they did not come the day of but on a different day. I rescheduled and they showed on time and I paid for the summer and fall services. Had a visit last week (the fall visit that was already paid for) and was previously given a time window of 10a-12p. The guys showed up after 1PM. No one called to let me know they were running late. One guy said they had a busy morning. I get it but I thought they weren’t coming again at that point. They guys were nice, I just prefer a more professional operation. Not sure if I’ll use again.

We had our heater motor go out this week which was the coldest in years. We were told the part was on back order and it could be a week or two to get it in. But by some miracle Brandon with Herring was able to hunt down the motor and install it for us before the cold hit. We will be forever grateful! Very professional and great communication. Could not recommend Herring enough!!

We have been Herring Heating & Air Conditioning customers for 15+ years. Our 1st system was installed in 2006, a second in 2016. We continue to be completely satisfied with Herring, its technicians, the TRANE units, and the reliable, dependable and trustworthy service. We purchase a Maintenance Agreement each year and receive Spring and Fall maintenance. We purchase a Filter at the same time. On April 4, 2023, Andrew S. arrived to prepare our equipment for the summer season. Andrew was thorough and evaluated the well-being of all equipment parts. He fully informed us of a faulty capacitor and we chose to have the part replaced. We were fully aware that the part was no longer under warranty. Andrew performed all work in a timely manner, even cleaning the outside unit just as he has done before. If you need professional services, we encourage you to receive consultation and estimates and think seriously about a long-term relationship with Herring.

We are very happy with the quick outcome of our experience with an air conditioning unit that decided to go on strike! Lol. Called Herring on Wednesday evening and were able to get James out to our house Thursday morning . We are currently enjoying cool air again. Herring will be our go to from now on. We will also be using them for our twice a year maintenance. Looking forward to a long relationship and very happy overall.
