My thermostat stat went out in the midst of a scorching time in July 2025. I called and then left a text re my situation. Someone immediately texted back and a service person was here by 11:00AM that morning. They offered emergency service, but I declined and waited until the next day. Polite, timely and respectful. Did an excellent job!!!

James was great! He came out timely and diagnosed the issue quickly. My AC was back up and running within 5 hours on the July 4th holiday weekend! I use WC Wright every time I have an issue with any of my rental properties.

This company is absolutely amazing! They’re kind and extremely helpful. It’s so refreshing to have a business that will take care of the issue without trying to sell you anything extra (that you don’t need). I called after hours and got their answering service but was offered to continue with text. I made an appointment for 2 days away, but they reached out and said they were going to fit me in the next day. They called me when they were 30 minutes out so I could make sure either my husband or I was there. When they got there, they were so knowledgeable and even taught us simple maintenance tricks we can do in the future. Long story short, I’m not going anywhere else to get my AC serviced.
