I tried using this company last week but, they never showed up for the time frame they gave me for that day. I called and was told another time for the following 2 days and still a no show.

This is a CALL CENTER not a local business!!! We called and made an appointment. They did not show. My husband called and they had no record of our appointment. Thirty minutes later, a man texted me to see if we were ready for our appointment. I called the number back ... it is a call center. They never returned my call.

Roman and Derrick arrived on time and did an amazing work cleaning the carpets. They look soooo much better and we appreciate the time they took to get the work done right. They were wonderful to work with.
