This company has been a joy to work with everytime! I have found them to be very friendly, professional, dependable and reasonably price. The company I paid to have the service I needed to have done rescheduled my appointment at the last minute for the 3rd time. I reached out to A&B Electrical with hopes that they would provide the installation we needed today- today. The young lady I spoke to this morning, Sara, took the initiative to try and right the wrong of the company we already paid for the service. It wasn't her responsibility but she definitely eased my spirit this morning! As a team, A&B Electrical went above and beyond for me today and that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I read a number of reviews before hiring Bippen, and have to say I couldn't agree more with all of the excellent reviews. Not only was the work and finished product outstanding, the personnel were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and informative. Arrived on time, finished ahead of time, plus I get points with the wife because they cleaned up and left things way better than they found them.

Have been doing business with Bippen Electric since 2020 when generator was installed. Always on time and professional. Thoroughly honor the Service Contract, no surprises, operate with total transparency.

Bippen started work on rewiring our home in February 2021. It was September before they were done. I was told they would finish on August 11, but surprise, they weren’t even halfway done by that date. I know what you’re thinking, February to September is a long time for rewiring, right? Don’t worry, it gets worse. They kept pushing my project back, saying they were behind on other projects. I guess my 14k project (that was 6 months in) wasn’t a priority. I’d love to know what other jobs they were working on. Bippen wouldn’t come back until August 31, despite my project manager calling multiple times to try and get a crew out there sooner. We couldn’t move forward with our remodel until Bippen got our power back on, and Karen in the front office kept giving my project manager the run around on scheduling a crew to work on my home. We were told they would send a full crew and finish on September first. Surprise again, they only sent two guys and definitely did not finish September first. I was 8 months pregnant and stressing out about the possibility of coordinating a move with a newborn and a toddler, all because we couldn’t get someone to finish up plugs and switches at our home. Once we were finally able to move in (less than a week before my baby was due), my dad had to rewire a ceiling fan because it was done improperly. At no point during this entire remodel process was Bippen easy to work with. I can’t stress enough how horrible they have been. I would recommend literally anyone else.

Edited to add: a couple months after moving in, I went to install a video doorbell that would connect to our security system and discovered the doorbell to our side door had not been rewired. We’d have to tear out sheet rock to wire it up now. So frustrating.

Aaron was phenomenal! He was both friendly and professional making it easy to work with him. He also educated me a bit on what was causing the issue as well as ways to prevent future trouble. He would definitely be my first choice for any and all future electrical needs. Thank you Bippen ans Aaron for finding and fixing the issue that others claimed didn't exist.

I can very highly recommend this company! They are promp, courteous, and friendly! They are very reasonable-even offered me a discount-I didn’t qualify for military discount but I did the senior discount. The work was done quickly and neatly! Everything was explained and I can truly say I trust them—not very common these days. I had gotten a quote for the same work from another company and they were going to be close to 500 more and tried to scare me into thinking if I got for less I need to beware—I did not appreciate that and looked further and found Bippen. I am glad I did! They are now going to be my “go to”

Chris was very easy to coordinate an estimate with. He then sent a very detailed list of services that he would recommend. James did a great job for us. He called us throughout the job since we were not in town while the work was being done. It was such a relief to know that when we came back that everything would be taken care of. James even brought the trash to the curb! I will definitely recommend Bippen Electric to all of our clients. Thank you again.

Had a small wiring job. They took extra time to walk me through all the options. Very friendly people. I would definitely hire them again.

*edit* After 2 excellent jobs, Bippen cancelled a critical panel-might-catch-fire type of job the day before and advised that I call Mr. Electric. Mr Electric fixed it for me same day with much less hassle. So I suggest you take Bippen's advice as well and save yourself some trouble.

Had a dedicated power line installed for my new hot tub. The two-men crew got the job done quickly and efficiently. This was also done on a rainy day....very impressed and highly recommended!

Above and beyond service! Our generator quit working during the latest power outage and Chris answered our call. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and even gave me a direct line to a gas repair company when we determined it wasn't an electrical/service issue. I am so thankful for this company who always answers my calls and is quick to help. Thank you, Bippen Electric, Chris and Karen for all you do!

We had a few lights installed in areas with particularly high ceilings, as well as had a additional electrical outlet installed. Randall was our technician, and he did a great job. He was knowledgable, fearless of high places, and super efficient in uninstalling and removing some really heavy old fixtures. He was also very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again for any future electrical needs.

The city inspector required a megger test to be done. Bippen came to the house and preformed the test one day later! They were prompt, friendly, and efficient.
I will use them again if I have the need.
