Thank you Bippen Electric. When I just thought I wouldn’t find help anywhere you got me into your scheduling and sent out a great technician. Todd was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Our home was hit by lightning and my meter taken hostage but with their help I was able to get power back to my home.

Bippen installed a whole home generator system for our home. The process was EXTREMELY smooth and easy. From the quote to completion of the install. They went over everything from how they would run the wiring and transfer switches to walking us through how to operate the generator. The technicians were so nice and professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. This is a great company to deal with and we plan to use them for all our future electrical needs on our home!

Excellent service by Todd. Showed up as promised. Quickly isolated problem with electrical circuit and fixed. Then efficiently installed two bathroom light fixtures and outdoor motion sensored light. Quality work at a reasonable price point. They are now my go to company for electrical work. Tired of franchised firms staffed by marginally (at best) personnel with a priority on upselling something..you know they are

I am so pleased with Bippen Electric. We recently had a few improvements for our new house & we chose Bippen because we had previously used them for electrical repairs at our previous house. This time, Bippen Electric installed a whole house surge protector, under soffit lighting, and a backup generator. Their work was outstanding. Everything was completed timely. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. They were very careful to not knick or mar walls, even though it was in a garage for the surge protector. They cleaned up everything each day they were here. They are friendly, respectful, and took time to explain details on the surge protector and the generator. Bippen Electric is definitely my go to company for electrical work.

Just had work done to add two pendant lights above our kitchen island. Very impressed with the efficiency and quality of work. Todd along with an apprentice did work for me. Todd is a 30 year experience master electrician who not only really knows his trade well, is a calm, communicative and nice guy. I have worked with many electricians over the years. Bippen ranks at the top. From initial phone call, quote process, appointment set up, call from Todd 30 min before arrival, on time arrival, and job execution they clearly have their processes and technical team at the top of their game. Highly recommend.

The guys that came out to my condo did an excellent job installing two new outside lights. I had them try to install outside camera but I had issues not having power outlet. The guys gave me other options if I wanted to have outside camera installed.

Bippen did a great job repairing our electrical system after we had a direct lightning strike. They were very knowledgeable and hardworking. We were so thankful that they took the job, when the first few companies we called wouldn't touch it.

The folks at Heritage have been awesome to work with, they were knowledgeable about their products and went out of their way to make sure we had the right equipment, and that it was installed properly. They also have a great maintenance program which I highly suggest customers do after their purchase.

This company was there when I needed them and they are always monitoring my generator system. They were able to solve a problem that other companies couldn't.

After the company that installed our generator were unable to service it any longer, we reached out to Heritage Generator. They were very responsive. They provided us with a quick quote with options, and were able to schedule us quickly. In addition, they provided recommendations.

I am very happy with the decision to go with Heritage Generator for my whole home generator system. Automatically turns on, plumbed into natural gas, automatically turns off when power comes back on. The team at Heritage is incredibly responsive to calls and emails with questions or support requests.

My neighbors actually made fun of me asking me to stop showing off and at least turn off my outside lights next we lose power!

We recently had an extremely close lightning strike near our home. The power instantly went out and our Kohler generator didn’t automatically kick on. I immediately reached out to Greg from Heritage Generator. Within an hour, they were there and replaced the control board that was fried from the lightning strike. This was absolutely excellent customer service! Thanks Greg!
