Unfortunately my experience was not good. I asked for a deep spring clean and barely got a standard cleaning. I feel as whoever cleaned our home did not want to be working. Everything seemed to be swept around or wiped around. My entire floor was sticky. Everything was halfway cleaned/swept. Things that were moved (items in fridge and shampoo bottles) were just kind of tossed out of the way. No organization or pride in the job. I tried to reach out to the company through messaging on the website and an email with no response in almost a week. I tried to fill out the feedback email sent after cleaning but it “expired”. The email was in my spam folder when every other email from the company was not. I tried to give it time and wait to hear from them but it seems they either have an unprofessional team or they do not care. Before spending $350+ Just be warned it may not be worth it.
