We had them come in to do a deep cleaning of baseboards and crown molding. The two ladies did an excellent job. If you are looking fpr a housekeeper, I would not hesitate to call here.

First of all i want to say that the staff that cleaned our house did an EXCELLENT job! I’m giving only 3 stars because whoever runs their email account (Caroline according the the signature on the email responses) was totally rude in her responses to me regarding a coupon code that should have been applied to my services. She clearly misunderstood what i was asking and was totally defensive and rude in her comments to me and did NOT provide good customer service. I was totally disappointed with this exchange because the cleaning service was stellar....but because of the lack of kind and decent communication with whomever they have running their email responses, i won’t be a using this company again

Rocket Maids is amazing! The were super fast, the staff was friendly, and the ladies were very thorough with their cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Attempted to use twice. Both times didn't show up at the requested times. The first time I let it go and the cleaners made awkward comments like tip through the company tip her directly. The second time I cancelled instead as their was no notice for not coming and I had a limit window and when I spoke with them they said it would be another 30 mins or so after it was already an hour past the agreed time.

Rocket maids did a super job cleaning my kitchen. Smelled great. My husband said they did a good job. Would Love have them regularly. Thank you for a great job. Much appreciated.

Highly DO NOT Recommend. First clean the ladies showed up before their scheduled arrival window and cleaned for 30 minutes. 2nd clean there were tons of details missed, bare minimum was done also only stayed for about an hour. 3rd cleaning they didn’t show up for their 2 hour arrival window. I had to contact them after 4 call attempts to find out they would arrive 1hr later. Immediately cancelled service.

Rocket Maids did a great job cleaning my house. It was nice to come home to all the extra things done that normally I don't have time to do or don't want to do! I will definitely hire them again.

I just had my tile ripped up and there was a ton of dust. I called Rocket maids to the rescue and were quick to respond. Considering how much dust there was, I was extremely impressed with the cleaning job!

I Do Not Recommend! I hired Rocket Maids to clean my house and carpets prior to move in. I was not present during the cleaning but after initial inspection, I asked someone to go back out and clean the cabinets and light sockets. I was out of town so I wasn’t able to reinspect until days later. The cabinets have not been touched (still dirty inside and out). The oven is also still dirty. I had to hire someone else to clean my house. Unfortunate, because I paid a lot of money for their services. The carpet cleaner did do a great job...that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

I had two ladies come to my house and do an amazing job. I am a first time customer and will continue to use their services. Coming home to a clean house after working all day is a feeling like no other. I was very pleased with the level of care that went in to cleaning my house.

RocketMaids is awesome. They did a superb job on my kitchen and bathroom (the only rooms I wanted work on). They were fast, thorough and got everything sparkling that I was unable to previously. What a great service - I will be using RocketMaids on a regular basis from now on.

Even though it’s been a few months I’m finally going to respond to my $500.00 poor service move in deal. 2 maids, 5 bedroom 4 bath house with bonus took 2hrs. Toilets were yellow and it looked like my counters and carpets (vacuumed) were only cleaned. I’ll never refer you as a cleaning agency that fulfills their business efforts accordingly. For such a large space and no effort in cleaning with a maid along with a bad attitude entering my garage I knew I should have called but I didn’t. My fault for trusting your agency.

I have been a little apprehensive about seeking a housekeeping service that would keep up with my requirements. As with most things, I have a checklist. Doreen and Caitlin eased my concerns and completed the required tasks. My search is finally over. Rocket Maids provides top-notch service. The staff was professional and efficient with meticulous attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised when I did my walk-through and the toilet paper was folded! I highly recommend Rocket Maids and will continue to use their services. I look forward to seeing Doreen and Kaitlyn for our next service.

I'm so happy with the great cleaning service I receive from Rocket Maids. I was initially hesitant about hiring a cleaning service. I felt like or wasn't a necessity. I couldn't have been more wrong. There is nothing like coming home to a clean, fresh smelling home. Rocket Maids surpassed my expectations and I use them on a regular basis. I love the products they use, they smell so good. I loved the fridge cleaning... I didn't realize how much it needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Thank you Rocket Maids for making this busy moms life a bit easier!

Eduardo's team at Rocket Maids does a great job. They've been cleaning my house for about 6 years. If there isn't something that's right, all you have to do is call Eduardo and he will make it right! Prices are fair, I recommend them.
