Eduardo's team at Rocket Maids does a great job. They've been cleaning my house for about 6 years. If there isn't something that's right, all you have to do is call Eduardo and he will make it right! Prices are fair, I recommend them.

Can a 0 stars be given to this company? The worst experience with a cleaning service ever experienced. Where did they get these cleaners, have they ever cleaned anything ever? The Cleaners were late past the time window given, the floors looked as if the were mopped with dirty water and spotty at best.. The master tub and shower were left untouched, base of toilets and toilet seats were not cleaned. They asked to use our vacuum and left the remnants dumped on front porch. They were not even asked to clean upstairs. Then they left without speaking to the person who was in the home. What they charged was outrageous. Unfortunately I was out of town and the charges had gone thru by the time I got home the next evening. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Avoid this company at all cost.

Rocket Maids always does a fantastic job cleaning my home! They’ve been a great help in keeping my home clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Online booking service makes it quick and easy to make an appointment/modify as needed!

The ladies who cleaned our house were wonderful! They arrived on time and finished within the estimated time frame. Everything was cleaned as requested, and the products they used did not leave a strong smell. I was completely pleased with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended them!

Not a good experience. I paid for a deep cleaning. They were done in less than 2 hours. I found dust on pieces of furniture after they left. They left streaks on stainless steel appliances. They also damaged my blinds to the point of requiring professional repair. Biggest waste of $450

Rocket Maids has visited my place twice. After the first visit, I just decided "I am going to the subscriber model" because wow! They did such a great job. Second visit was as great as the first. I work full time and just don't have the time or energy to clean properly. It's nice to come home to a clean house (especially clean floors). It really makes me happier overall. They come every two weeks now, and now I look forward to every other Thursday!

I was left extremely disappointed by my $475 move out cleaning. I requested & paid extra for Seventh Generation products however, Fabulouso was used. Although I pointed out my issues to the person in charge of the three person team she was not concerned about making sure my issues were addressed. Her response was tell them, they know what they’re supposed to do. When I told the specif cleaning person she said I didn’t know I was supposed to do that. I’ve never done a move out cleaning. Doors were not cleaned after I asked for them to be twice, baseboards
& Trim were not cleaned at all. I requested to have the glass shower door cleaned again due to streaks and instead they took a microfiber towel to it making it worse. One of the workers was irritated when I pointed out that she did not clean where she said she had.

After a while I was so frustrated that I began cleaning the areas of concern myself. I heard the person in charge say let’s go even though my cleaning was scheduled for three hours and they barely hit two hours. By time I made it down to my garage, he cleaning team left my home without saying a word.

Here and gone in about 45 minutes. The cleaners brought in a hand held vacuum that had so much animal hair on the brush it was nasty. 3rd cleaning my bathroom smelled like wet dog. They use all the same equipment to clean every house for the day. Dusting was not done. It says they are to dust all knick knacks, that didn't happen. Whatever soap they used the third time clean the kitchen smelled like furniture polish. Will not be using this company again.

We’ve been using Rocket Maids for bi-weekly service for the past four months. Every visit feels consistent — the same cleaner comes, knows our dog, and remembers little details like putting toys back in the basket. They’re reliable, respectful of our home, and the pricing is fair for the quality we get.

They didnt clean anything but took $500. Nothing was dusted (tops of doors, windows, vents, fans, shelves or cabinets) counter top and floors had streaks of dirty residue as did the windows. Window we paid extra to clean and the windowsill was covered in dirt and dust. We had an empty house with new wall & trim paint & new carpets. They didnt clean out the microwave and stove top has that weird dirty white residue. I had to spend a few hours cleaning everything myself to list it. Our realtor walked it with me the day after the cleaners and said its the worst job shes ever seen. I am telling EVERYONE I know in the real estate industry to not recommend these people to clean a home. They are terrible! Cost an arm and a leg and dont clean anything. Worst cleaners ever. We are reporting to BBB the person didnt even speak English that cleaned and they didnt provide the services they charged for.

I can't express how much I appreciate my house cleaners Kendra and Raven. They do a great job cleaning. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and I am pleased with their service.

Brittany and Kayen were here today to do my bi-monthly cleaning of my house. As always, they did a fantastic job, worked arlound my work schedule as I work from home, and were in and out without disruption. Brittany and Kayen, as with the entire staff at The Cleaning Autjoritu, have been prompt, professional, thorough, and friendly. I recommend them to anyone.

Our housecleaning crews are always pleasant and efficient. They are great with our pets, very accommodating if plans have to be changed, and just delightful human being!
