I was with The Housekeepers for over two years. On Thursday, 3 February, I received a cleaning from someone new who had only been employed for two weeks. She was nice, but the cleaning was not thorough like The Housekeepers know I like (the two ladies I had long-term were no longer with the company).

I reached out multiple times over the next week to give a review and to see if I could get a re-clean (my bathroom was still dirty and my floors/baseboards/countertops were still dusty). On Tuesday, 8 February, I finally got one of the employees by phone. She rescheduled me with a new housekeeper and stated she would leave a message for the owner to call me back. It took two more calls and voicemails from me before I got a call back. The owner finally called on Thursday, 10 February (one week from the cleaning). She left a voicemail apologizing and offered to process a refund; she also said she was removing me from the schedule.

I called back a couple of hours later twice, and no answer. So ten minutes later I called from a different number because I had a feeling they were ignoring my calls... the owner finally answered. I thanked her for the refund, even though I didn't ask for it, but I was confused on why she was removing me from the schedule. The owner stated the housekeeper I was rescheduled to was no longer available. I proceeded to ask if someone experienced was available on a different schedule, and she said no to that also. Her claim was a lot of people left and they were in the process of hiring/training. So I asked why I needed to be fully removed and when I should call back for a replacement, she stated she didn't know. I told her I felt I was being targeted for giving feedback and wondered if other clients were being removed from schedules. She insisted it wasn't me but was hoping the new housekeeper would've worked out for me, but since she didn't, there was no one left... that conversation was extremely odd to me as I had never had an issue before.

After that conversation, I wrote a review. Shortly after my review, I received another voicemail from the owner refusing to process my refund due to my honest review of my experience. She proceeded to say she would be keeping my funds and would only return them if I removed the review.

Now it's three months later, and still no refund. Yes, this is a different review because I was informed my other review was flagged.

I’ve never had my home cleaned professionally… Now I’m so glad I took a chance and got it thoroughly cleaned!! I loved the professionalism and courtesy of Madison! She did everything I asked and more! I definitely recommend The Housekeepers!!! Ask for Madison she’s awesome

I have used them on a weekly basis now for over a year and I love my housekeeper. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house each week. They have done a great job and the price is very fair. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Sometimes they have to send a substitute but most of the time I get my regular person. Overall I love them!

This was our first experience with any house cleaners. We had a "deep cleaning" prior to the holidays. The two ladies, Michelle and Shanta, arrived at the exact promised time. They went straight to work and kept on task until finished. They worked quietly without interrupting us, but were very personable when we spoke with them. The house now sparkles and is ready for visiting family.

I have used their services for almost 8 months now and am very pleased. Tina has done an amazing job and I appreciate the detail of her work! It’s a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean house!

I have had the Housekeepers for about 3years. I’ve been quite pleased with them. DeAnna keeps my house spotless and is very generous and sweet. Cares for me and always is there with a helping hand. She has become more than my housekeeper. She is very trustworthy. She comes in and knows exactly what needs to be done and if she sees anything extra that needs to be done she goes the extra mile. I've been using The Housekeepers for over 2 years and they usually do a great job - evidence by me continuing to use them. There have been a few instances where the one cleaning my house wasn't as consistent as I have become used to, but I will say, the most recent cleaning I had was with a new person (to me) named Carmen. This was the best since I started using them, hands down. She was extremely detailed and left my house looking and feeling like it was just freshly cleaned. I would recommend The Housekeepers to anyone needing some help!

Is there anything better than coming home to a clean house?! The Housekeepers have been cleaning my house for several years and I have been impressed every time. I really look forward to my cleaning days when I get to come home to a clean house. Bathrooms, clean! Floors, clean! Kitchen, clean! It is such a relief to have all of my cleaning chores done for me. The main office is super easy to work with if you need to reschedule. They really try to work with you. You can even text them. 10/10 all around. Also they are more affordable than the other companies I compared them to in our area.

Victoria and her partner did a fantastic job of cleaning our home a couple of weeks ago. They scrubbed our kitchen cabinets to a polished shine and even cleaned out the returns on our HVAC ducts. The Housekeepers have done terrific work maintaining the cleanliness of our house for many years. I highly recommend their service!
