Their team is very professional. After trying every landscaper in Huntsville we happily landed with these guys and have been working with them for 3 years now. They receive constructive criticism well and adjust accordingly. We love working with Fletcher, AKA "Flex".

Landscape Workshop has been absolutely incredible to work with! Their service is top-notch and their communication is consistently excellent. I use them across multiple apartment communities, and they not only maintain our properties beautifully but have also successfully completed some very large-scale projects for us. They were great. I had to ask them to come back and fix a few minor details but after the job was finished and completed it definitely met my expectations.

Didn't take me serious about what we wanted. Asked me to pay a deposit and we paid it the same day wait the six weeks and now they are telling me they didn't receive it and when I showed them they told me it will take another 4-6 weeks before I can get a drawing.

I called multiple times the past few weeks requesting a consultation for an inground pool. The office staff was always pleasant and apologetic. No one has ever called me back.

Laid sod in June 2017, riddled with crabgrass and started dying 30 days later, email to Greg Cogin was handed off to Luke who didn't look at the problem and a call to Denny resulted in no action. Avoid Southern Scapes if you are doing sod and want the company to respond if you have any problems

Update: The owner called and apologized. We are installing pool and decking, hardscape and landscape...needless to say a good sized (and for us) expensive project. We are hopeful we will get a design and project completed.
