My wife Kim and I are looking for a gunite pool to be installed in our backyard. Kim found Blue Haven Pools and Spas and reached out to them thru their website page. The next day she received a phone call from Shana Campbell, one of the business partners with the company. Shana and Kim talked about a fall promotion that is going on right now and we decided to set up an appointment with Shana's husband Clint. Before we get into the pool with Trent, Kim mentioned to me after she got off the phone, on how well Shana was with her professionalism on the phone. She knew the business very well and answered all of her questions. An appointment was set up for Trent today to come out at 1000 hours.

Trent was right on time with our appointment. You get that feeling right away when you meet someone, whether it’s going to be good or bad. Well, we knew it was going to be good right from the start.

There was never any rush the whole time Trent was at our house. What I mean by that, yes he probably had other appointments, but he made sure before he left that we understood everything that we would get in the pool, if we decide to make the purchase. Trent did not try to spend our money nor did he try to upsale every product that he presented. Within the next week we will have a design ready to review. Note, this is not some fly by night company. The professionalism this company shows is why you should choose them to do business with.

We had such a wonderful experience with Blue Haven pools. We were not sure we had room for a pool and Trent Campbell helped map out an area, gave us a 3D vision board, and built our gorgeous pool. We are thrilled and can’t wait for summer.

Trent was a pleasure to have come out and discuss our pool plans with us. He had the proffesionalism you would expect, but also made you feel like you are talking to a friend who is looking out for your best interests. We have a budget but also want a tad more luxury in our plan. He was able to help us go about adding features that we are extremely pleased with while keeping it just under our cap price! So far so good and would give 10 stars if I could! We are excited and anxious to move forward!
