Finally got our Trilogy II spa. June was so helpful and stayed in touch on ETA. Aaron and Nathan handled the electrical connections and even added electricity to my shed . Great contractors if you need electricians. June can give you there contact information.

Recently purchased a hot tub, they were very friendly, offered lots of advice and info, their team even helped us load it onto our deck. We plan to use them for our pool needs from now on, too. Highly recommend them!

Love dolphin pools, my husband and I have owned a pool at every home we have owned at least 5 pools, this installation was the best. Went very smooth, everything we wanted was completed to our satisfaction. It is very difficult to trust a pool company with that kind of investment but believe me dolphin makes it a wonderful experience

First off, their hours of operation are terrible. 9-5 Monday through Friday, and closed by noon on Saturday. Closed on Sunday. For me, that means I have 1 day a week where I can do business.

Secondly, and this is the real issue. I took my Blue Diamond Pool Cleaner robot in for repairs. I was pretty sure it needed a new drive motor. They told me 1) They would call me to tell me the price of any repairs before doing them and 2) Their repairman would get it working again.

Well they didn't call to confirm the price before repairing it. Instead they called to say it was ready for pickup, and it would be $100. Repair guy said it just needed new belts. I was surprised by this, but whatever. I asked if he had powered it on, and confirmed that it was running. They said yes. So we finally manage to get to the store while it's open and bring the machine home. Turn it on, toss it in the pool -- NOTHING. STILL BROKEN.

I may as well have set $100 on fire. They didn't fix anything.

Don't do business here. You can buy pool chemicals locally at better stores, and buy pool accessories online. Just go with Amazon and read product reviews.

Do yourself a favor and don’t look any further than Blue Dolphin Pools. From start to finish, they keep the lines of communication open. The service team can’t be beat. Service and quality at the best price in North Alabama.

Arrived at 4:25 on a Wednesday. It was closed. Please update your hours on Google or at least post them on your window/door.

Their contractor Craig has gone above and beyond to help us open, maintain, and close our above ground pool this year. He’s very communicative, honest, affordable, fair, and works VERY hard and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their pool.

Called them to have someone come out and replace a pool pump seal. They said they would contact me the following week. No one called. Called them back (shouldn't have to call a good business back) and left a message. No one called. Moving on to a different company.
