Daniel, Jordan, and Gary were very professional and honest. I knew right away I could trust them. They gave me several options on the work I needed. They were prompt and worker hard to get the job done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Edit/update: Editing to add a photo of the "gravel driveway" referenced in the companies response. The red outline indicates approximately where the septic tank is located. I would also like it noted that the excavation to expose the entire tank was not presented to us as a "recommendation" as the companies response states. We were told that they would be unable to conduct an inspection without it. I also received a call from the Pro Service LLC representative after I posted my original review. During the call the representative reminded me multiple times that he did not charge us for him coming out even though he could have and should have. Are you wanting me to say, "Thank you?" I never claimed I was charged, nor was I ever informed at any point that I should have been charged for them to just come out. At the end of the day, it's my opinion that the company tacks on unnecessary charges to make an extra buck. Yeah, there's no hidden fees, but you're swindling your customers into thinking they have no other option. If you're a consumer reading this review, please read the other negative reviews. You'll see a trend. I would also like to note that I was asked by the company to remove my review.

This review is not a directly reflection on our technician or the representatives involved. I truly believe this is an issue with the companies culture and practices.

We requested a septic inspection for a house we were under contract for. They had to reschedule on us twice. Then when the technician arrived on the property, they told us the job would require an excavator which would be an additional $450 upcharge on top of everything. So that put us at about $1300 for the job (inspection + pump + excavator). How crazy! We obviously got a second opinion and boy, am I glad we did!! The other company, did it for less than half the cost and said there was never a need for an excavator. Either they have poorly trained inexperienced employees or some predatory and unethical practices are going on.

Brody from Pro Services is absolutely outstanding! They handled plumbing, heating & air, and even electrical work for my home, and every single job has been done with professionalism, skill, and care. He arrives on time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the work is done right the first time. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craft and cares about his customers. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and knowledgeable in multiple trades—Brody is the real deal. I won’t call anyone else!

We had a number of things needing repair on the AC or Heating system. It is a 21 year old system with its original parts. So that being said, several of those parts needed replacement. I expected Daniel to tell us we should to replace the whole shabanga bang, but instead, he shared those parts are normally replaced periodically and can be fixed. He could’ve told us to replace the entire system which probably cost a few thousand if not more. I love that he didn’t pressure us into anything nor hit us with scare tactics. He was friendly and understanding, detailed in his analysis, easygoing, and personable.

The plumbers were incredibly helpful. In addition to fixing the leak, they responded immediately when we asked about hanging plastic to cut down dust through the house (my daughter has asthma). Next, when they found that the job was not as complicated as the original estimate they told us and adjusted the cost down to reflect the change. Will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Carson came out last week to help with my washing machine drain pipe filling up and water running on the floor vs out of my home. He was professional, thorough and explained all options I had. They job couldn't be completed in the same day but Carson assured me he would be back out early the next business to complete the work so I could was clothes again. He returned, completed the work and tested it out before leaving. He also provided other estimates I requested. Carson did an awesome job! Thanks again for taking care of my plumbing needs.

Brody was awesome at taking care of my humming pipes and explaining everything in detail. He was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I will definitely use this company again in the future!

This is the reason I gave a five star rating. I am so glad I chose Pro Services for my septic tank issues. Tanner and Pedro did a fantastic job, down to earth, easy to deal with and explained what and how they were going to do the job. I will certainly use Pro Services with any other septic tank issues I have.

The gentleman that came out Pedro you can ask for anybody more knowledgeable or kind and we're not done yet He's going to do something for me next week but after waiting four and a half hours in the cold for someone to show up from another service I called pro around 1:30 and they came down he was at my house before 3:00 so these people don't mess around and he knows what he's doing and I was very impressed and I thank you for helping me when I needed help thank you Pro Service
