Brian came out when I purchased my home a year ago to check the units in the home. He installed a new thermostat. My unit stopped working in December during the hard freeze of course. Brain came out and looked at it and said I needed a new unit. It was a unit on its last leg. He helped me get it approved for a new unit through the warranty that came with the house. He did a great job communicating with me and installing. I recommend his company to everyone. Give him a call he won’t jerk you around or sell you something you don’t need. He will fight for you with the warranty companies.

Brian with veteran’s heating and cooling is the most professional and trustworthy HVAC technician that I’ve ever worked with. My home warranty company assigned him to an issue that I was having with my A/C unit and worked with the warranty company to get me the best new unit available and installed a new blower/furnace as well. He was very responsive and informative during the process. A few months after the unit was installed, I had issues getting the pilot light to turn on in the furnace and he came by the same day to fix it without charging me any fees. Would definitely recommend this guy to any friends and family needing help with their HVAC

We were devastated when our HVAC system went out last Wednesday. We knew we would have to bite the bullet and get a new one before Summer heat set in. We got a total of 5 quotes and Brian was the last guy to come out. We felt great about him, his reputation, the quote he gave us, and his quick response. Less than 24 hours after he came out to give us a quote he and his crew were already done with the installation!
