Mr Brian came and checked out my A/C problems, gave me a diagnosis and very fair price and installed a new Air Conditioning unit the same day. Had my hot house cool again in no time. He also did the proper paperwork to make sure my new unit was registered for warranty!

I was referred to Veterans by another contractor and they have good reviews. I only called to have my systems serviced for proper operation (nothing was wrong). Brian came out pretty quickly and alerted me to some problems that would need to be addressed in the future. I felt all was good. Approx 10 days later one of my a/c units stopped working completely. I called Brian, left vm and also text him. I did this for 2 days and never received any type of a response. I explained in my message that I was not expecting a "free call for service" but could he please come help with service. Due to zero response and my system breaking shortly after a regular health service, I would not recommend this company. Truly, I hope he did not have an emergency but if that was the situation, he could have had an associate return a call on his behalf. Once I text saying "never mind, I got this handled" he didn't return any type of a message. So, "no" I cannot recommend this company.
