Ryan Croskey yes, one of the technicians for Air Now. Fantastic workmanship, explains everything he does. Make sure to ask if you understand or have any questions. I recommend him highly. Been with Air Now a long time and his service is commendable.

This company used to be one of the best HVAC service providers in the area, but unfortunately, corporate priorities seem to have taken precedence over customer service. Attempting to schedule a maintenance inspection online only provides a vague time frame of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., forcing customers like myself to take an entire day off work. As a paying monthly member, it’s frustrating that the company cannot even narrow appointments down to a morning or afternoon window. To make matters worse, when technicians do arrive, there is often a strong push to upsell additional services rather than simply performing the requested maintenance. I expect better service, communication, and respect for customers’ time.

They came in a did an awesome job, it didn’t take all day and they were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They made me an appointment for the same day I called. The technician came later in the evening and worked on my issues for a good while. He had my unit blowing harder and colder by the time he left. I am happy so far with the results of his work.

They came out fast. However they quoted me over 800 to unclog a toilet, that should have only cost 250 max

I had Adam come out for an estimate on the ac unit filtration system. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Also I appreciate how transparent he was about products and his own experience.

Absolutely wonderful service! I came home on a Thursday evening and found my home to be hotter than normal. I quickly realized my unit was not cooling. I did all the non-professional fixes that they usually recommend you do to see if those were the problem. Unfortunately, my issue needed what only a professional could do. I have a home warranty but the company that services for them did not pickup the phone at 7 AM and AirNow did. I was given an appointment window between 9-10. Ryan and Lorenzo arrived promptly at 10:10 and notified me they were headed my way. Ryan and Lorenzo listened as I explained what issues I was having. They got to work quickly and had me up and running in less than 45 minutes. Lorenzo took the time to review options with me for my water heater and a new AC unit as I would need to replace both in the next 3 years (definitely sooner). He educated me on all of the options and provided me with estimates. I am so thankful for their kindness and professionalism. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will be doing business with them again in the near future. THANK YOU!!

Thomas Folmar was my Technician from Air Now came out and performed the spring/summer inspection on my air units very through. Did a good job reviewing everything to ensure everything was working correctly. Provided an update and status on performance. Very please with the quality of his work.

Jeff Hale came out on an emergency call to check a plumbing issue. I had wooden floors put in my home and my washer was disconnected for 3 days which resulted in a back up toilet and overflow in my shower. Jeff came out and inspected all of my bathrooms and ensured me I had no other issues. He was professional and put me at ease that my plumbing issue had been resolved. Appreciate his professionalism.

UPDATE: It was necessary for me to contact my bank and file a dispute claim to force a refund of my overcharge. AirNowHVAC insists on keeping my account active and charging my bank account for services I have cancelled. Believe the negative reviews on this company…they are thieves!!!

2 weeks after I cancelled my service contract with AirNowHVAC for their multiple cancellations of confirmed appointments, they hit my bank account with another monthly service contract charge. I had to call in again to find that no one recorded my initial cancellation. WATCH OUT!!!! Once they get your bank info they don’t want to let go of the connection - regardless of their inability to perform their advertised services or keep their appointments. Now I’m on a 10 day wait for them to reverse their charges. Let’s see how difficult it is.

I called 2/3 in the morning, they came out about 5 hours later. The tech had great customer service, knocked out two jobs within 20 minutes. Fair pricing and I will be calling them again for other future needs. I had a leaky pipe behind the refrigerator and a valve that needed to be replaced in my toilet.

The technician was very thorough. He discovered the root of the problem I have and gave great recommendations. He also checked areas that I did not consider and gave me sound advice. I was pleased with his service.

The tech installed the entire system in about two hours! The temps outside are brutal but he had it done in no time. The new system is a 3 ton vs the old 2.5 ton. I With the dehumidifier built in, the house is already cooling and humidity gone. The service techs were professional and skilled. The office staff and owner are wonderful. They took time to listen, explain and answer all my questions. A terrific group of professionals!

Having a plumbing emergency is never good, but on a Sunday night!!! I searched for after hour plumbing and found Air Now. They responded to my call promptly and had a plumber calling and headed my way very promptly! Jesse found the problem and took care of my issues. He kept us informed of what he found and was doing at all times. Very professional. Highly recommend him! So thankful our problem was handled promptly even on a Sunday night. Thank you so much!
