This place is a joke and it won't be long before it goes outta business. There prices are way too high a lot of companies out there are better and more affordable. Don't waste your time with this company you'll pay way too much they can't compete with other companies they are money hungry.

Jackson arrived just shortly after I called on a Friday night. He fixed the broken pipes and faucet. He was polite and efficient.

New air conditioner was purchased from Air Now out of Millbrook by my parents at 108 Greencrest drive. They actually used electrical tape to put air filter in. I had to pull electrical take off filter and inside wall of the unit.

Christian Edwards fixed our generator in a few minutes in the dark. I was very impressed and he was very cordial. Will definitely use AirNow in the future

The guy did an awesome job. He had me fixed within 20 minutes and the price wasn’t too bad.

Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable of service. He was polite and explained the tasks that needs to be done so I understood what was needed. I am very pleased with service and technician.

Had service on AC unit & had drain line cleaning system installed. Drain line was moved by the technician during service & he didn’t check resulting in my sheetrock in the upstairs master bedroom & downstairs garage being damaged. That was on 6/30/25 & over 2 months later & countless calls to the office the sheetrock damaged haven’t been completely fixed. All I’ve got for over 2 months are excuses & I’m sorry by the company. Won’t use them again!!!

Ryan kroskey did an excellent job of inspecting my HVAC unit. Air Now kept me posted on who was arriving and when. Ryan called to let me know he was on his way. I am very happy with Air Now and their employees.

They came today and put in a new breaker box and ran wire. The guys were ALL super fantastic!!!! I will be recommending you all to everyone that needs the work you do.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained to me everything that he was doing and how the major parts worked. He was very effective and skilled with the repair. He inspected all the a/c vents in my home to insure that the airflow was at the correct reading, and before leaving he checked the system once more to verify that everything is in order.

Without a shadow of a doubt the worse group of HVAC workers. Each tech tells you something different each time they come out. It completely contradicts the work they’ve done, need to do, and what they want to sell. They quote you for things you never asked for quotes for. They push TOO HARD to upsell and it’s for things that aren’t broken. They have left ducts disconnected, caused leaks, fire hazards with our electrical boxes, and my son’s health. The managers attempt to bribe you by coming to your personal home uninvited if you’re at all speaking with the Board. They bounce you between idiots that scold you with no empathy and their own techs even take the time to let their customers know how terrible Airnow is. Do not trust Bernie. He doesn’t know a single thing about actual HVAC, just how to sell it with the right words. Do not trust David. He is vile. He is intolerant. Lacks respect and integrity. They feel like if they string you along long enough and upset you enough, you’ll wash your hands and move on.

But there is no moving on from this one. Not at the cost of what’s been done to my family’s health, safety and comfort.

Please take your complaints to the board. They’re more than ready to listen and fully encourage all dissatisfied customers to come forward.

We have a service package with AirNow. A technician comes out every few months to inspect our system. Each year there is always some service or add on that we are expected to purchase. We had an inspection today and I wasn’t present so the situation became a high pressure sales pitch and attempt to fear monger my wife in purchasing a new unit. Luckily my wife is a very smart lady and kindly to the technician that wasn’t happening. I want Air Now to know that we are in the process of building a new house and we will not be using them as our service provider.

Called AirNow after not hearing from them after submitting my info on their AI chat bot. The lady that answered was able to fit me in same day. Wyatt P was running behind but he always kept me updated, and though it was late when he arrived, he had a smile on his face and was ready to help. He was able to get us back up and running in a very short amount of time. We hope we were his last stop for the night so he could get home to his family. We would recommend AirNow and Wyatt to anyone that needs urgent service on their A/C unit. Thank you for the cool air and the cool tech!

We were having backup issues in our bathroom toilet and tub backed up, unable to use either. He was so patient, professional, and courteous in doing his work. I will definitely be using AirNow Services from now on for my plumbing needs

Mr. Jackson was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. His calm demanor during a stressful situation made it a more amiable experience.

Jeff the plumber was very professional. He arrived on time & gave us an estimate for the work to be done to repair our bathroom sink. We declined the work based on the estimated cost. Jeff was kind & respected our decision kindly.

$528.41 to replace the hose bib on my outside faucet. The work amounted to literally unscrewing the old one and screwing on the new one. The entire job was replacing two bath tub faucet stems, one stem unit for a shower/tub and the hose bib. The total for this work was $1,891. This amounted to approximately 3-4 hours of work for one person that included trips to home depot and at most $160 worth of parts according to Home Depot's website.

I'd used AirNow previously for a total HVAC replacement and other HVAC related work and I was happy with that work, so I made the mistake of just scheduling them to come do some plumbing work without shopping around. I am on a very tight time schedule, so I thought I would pay it and get the work done and there had to be some sort of misunderstanding on the billing that would be made right with a phone call.

I just got off the phone with them and the price is, in fact, what they charge. The person I spoke with offered me a %15 refund since I was unhappy with the pricing. I then reiterated that there is no way they think that $500+ was a fair price for five minutes of work on the hose bib and that I would not be returning as a customer, to which he said never mind on the 15%, he won't be issuing the refund.

I had Dexter. He was very helpful and honest. I had requested to get a technician that can take a look at the attic fans and unfortunately Dexter was not confident in his ability to help in this area. He was honest with me about it which does matter to me! He had great customer service recommended some additional items to buy, when I wasn’t sure about the purchase he quoted the items for me and emailed it to me. He was very professional. I was most appreciative about the fact that he allowed my son to follow him and watch him work on the AC unit. He was extremely kind and these kind of technicians is why I use your company! By questions were not all answered but superb customer service is most important to me!

Michelle and Cory are some of the most upstanding amazing people. They were so helpful and went out of there way to help me and explain everything in detail. I will always continue to this company as long as they are there
