From the first phone call to the end of the job, J.C Electric is phenomenal! Great customer service. They installed a generator for my dad. Can't say enough about how they treated us. Great Christian family.

The folks are great. I signed up with the program they have to keep costs down. However, I have had two instances where when ceiling fan/light systems were changed out, 10-year lights totally blew out on one and now it seems the second one is headed in the same direction. It usually happens about 1 1/2 to 2 months after the change. Gave a four because with it taking that long, not sure if it is the systems or the workmanship.

Not only was they by far the absolute best company I have had in my new home.They were also the only company in my area that even considered taking a look at my wiring(which they was able to successful fix 😃).Thank you so much to these guys and there amazing company!They were so professional and I never once was concerned about my house,they kept me informed on every thing they did as soon as they did it!They treated me like I was one of There own family meme bets from the second they walked in my house to the second they left!they answered every question with confidence and accuracy!I also joined there company’s program so I can know my house is always covered by an electrician if there is ever another need plus who doesn’t love knowing there house gets an electrical inspection EVERY year with your membership! A couple of weeks ago, we had Robert select and install a new landscape lighting system for our home. He listened to what we had in mind and picked out high quality fixtures and materials with just the right amount of light to illuminate our home.

Jeremy and his assistant were polite, friendly, clear and concise with that they were doing. I really appreciate the level of excellence that you guys operated in. Robert came out this afternoon for service on our generator we have a annual contract so we see him twice a year he calls prior to coming and upon arrival he get right to work they do great work makeing sure every part of our generator is in top working order.
It is a blessing knowing we can count on our generator when needed.

Betty and I could not be happier with the purchase and installation of our new Kohler standby generator. The process was absolutely perfect from the first telephone call to JC Electric to the generator being operational and no more worries of power outage. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. All aspects of this installation could not have been smoother. This company does what they say they will do and even more. Installing a standby generator can be very complicated but JC Electric eliminated all of the stress involved and perfectly coordinated with the power company, gas company, gas fitter and inspectors to get this installation done in a timely manner. This company knows what they are doing and it was a pleasant and uncomplicated experience for us. Thank you Anthony for recommending Southern Tankless to install the new gas supply line.
