Josh from Cutters Electric did an amazing job! I added an overhead light fixture, replaced two chandeliers, replaced an outside porch light and fixed a doorbell. He and Dylan were prompt and so polite. Very professional! A+

I had a problem losing power at my home randomly. On 8/3/2021 I contacted Kevin with Cutters Electrical Services and they had Josh at my home within 20 minutes to determine the cause of the problem. Josh determined I had a weak main breaker, showed me some damage it had already caused, and recommended we replace the entire panel (it was24 years old). On 8/4/2021 Josh and Shorty returned at 8 AM and completed the entire job within 4 hours. Both employees were prompt, great workers, and extremely professional in all aspects! I highly recommend CES for all your electrical needs! I know they are the only company I will call in the future!!!!

Cutter electric came out to initially do some electrical work on the pole for us. While there, we asked them to check the central outside unit…. He said it was very old and no longer any good. He recommended we go through Alabama power as they do work for them. Jason came out two days later as promised and installed new unit in our older mobile home. As I said, we have an older mobile home and Jason was sure to fix any leaks in the duct work. We are very pleased with the unit and their professionalism. I would recommend them for any electrical or HVAC work.

Jason , was very professional and knowledgeable about the installation of my new HVAC system . He made sure everything was working right, the thermostat that he first installed wasn’t working correctly but was enough to get by on until he could get another one. Came back with the correct one and changed them out. It definitely works awesome now.

Josh & Dylan were very friendly, thorough, and considerate. I've been looking for a local, trustworthy electrician that won't break the bank for about a year now: needless to say, my search is over. You can trust they won't try to up-sell you, and you can trust them alone in your house. Very good work...even better people.

He made excellent decisions on how and where to run the 240v layout for additional AC unit, etc. Professionally rearranged main panel breakers to accommodate customers needs. I use and recommend Cutters Electrical AND HVAC every chance I get! Their office staff is super friendly and responsive and all of their techs are very professional. We especially love Josh! I can’t tell you how many times he has gone out of the way to educate me or my clients and helped us meet tight deadlines. Angel, Paul, Josh, McKenzie, Jason- the whole team is a royal flush!

Jason’s service (well, everyone I interacted with for the service call—even Angel in the front office) was outstanding! They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and so very helpful in getting my issue resolved. On top of all of that, they were polite, kind and very personable. I have no problems working with the robotic type—take the call, get the info, schedule the service, make the repair, send the bill. However, I prefer a bit of personality to come through in my interactions with people in general, and service technicians in particular. It’s just makes for a more pleasant overall experience that will keep me coming back for assistance in the future. I highly recommended them for your HVAC needs.

Josh and Dylan are the BEST!! I had many outlets that were not working, some of them had not worked for years. They came out and they were so pleasant. They are kind, respectful and honest. They didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked questions. They not only fixed the outlets but I learned so much from them in the process!
If you have any electrical problems, this is your sign to call Cutter’s and get it fixed!! Don’t wait like I did, I am going to leave a picture on here of an outlet they replaced that would have caught fire had it not been replaced. So the work they did today quite possibly saved our lives. Thank-you guys so much, I will be saving Cutter’s number to my phone for any future electrical needs!

Absolutely amazing service. Jason, came out last minute, because my unit was dead. He checked everything throughly. Made sure everything was working before leaving. And they are very fair on their prices. He was a blessing for me today! You can tell they want and appreciate your business..

Josh was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was professional, punctual, and communicated with me through the whole process. When I asked for his advice about some decisions that had to be made, he thoroughly assessed my plans and goals for the project and his advice was absolutely the best solution.
