We’ve used Home Pros before and they worked on our air conditioner. The tech was very professional and polite. He changed our connector from PVC plastic to brass which I feel will is more economical. Definitely will Home Pros again in the future.

Dalton from Home Pros Plumbing was excellent. I hired Home Pros to remove 2 gas water heaters and replace them with a single tank-less water heater. This was a big job and Dalton handled everything from start to finish like a professional. He finished the job in 1 day. In addition to his skill as a plumber, he has a good sense of humor. 10/10 would recommend Home Pros Plumbing.

The team answered my desperate call at 6am (no heat on the coldest day of the year). By 10:30 am CJ was at my door. He analyzed my issue, literally cleaned up the past service issues and provided next steps to get us right. Their follow up was impeccable. Will be using thier maintenance program going forward.

Called these guys out for a difficult job, a job that 3 other plumbing companies came, tried to diagnose, and all 3 companies left without giving me answers but did not forget to give me a steep bill.

Home Pros were night and day better then the other plumbing companies, in their ability to diagnose a highly complex issue, their customer service, and their pricing was more than fair, honest, and reasonable.

Customer service was great and the workers got in and got out very quickly. They fixed the problem, but for me I don't know actually price on plumbing materials and how much work cost. Just seemed overpriced to me to put in a 6 in P pipe i think it was under my sink and changed the fill value in my toilet for $300. Like I said I dont know pricing and how much it runs somewhere else, but for me just a bit pricey. They did offer a end of the year/holiday coupon and like a said they were fast and got the problem fixed so I do appreciate that and will use again and recommend to anybody. Work comes with warranty so thats a plus for the price

Mason was great. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and provided me all the options. Really grateful for his excellent communication, especially with me being out of state. Would highly recommend Home Pro’s for all of your home needs (especially anyone who’s purchased a Stone Martin house, you’ll need it).
