I called on a Monday night at 8.30 and they came the next morning and had my air back on within and hour. Very reasonable fee of a 69.00 service fee and paid for the parts and labor , all under 300.00 . My system is old but it's running great and I appreciate the quick service we received. I highly recommend Home Pros.

Home Pros completed the project in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated. On the other hand, without knowing the labor cost, I feel like the project was too expensive or overpriced. Nevertheless, problem has been resolved and I’m happy.

I had the team replace all the plumbing in my home, and they did a great job. They were timely, very friendly and considerate, and knew what they were doing. They saved me a lot of money with their experience as well, and never upsold me on anything or pressured us with scare tactics. They’re just great fellas, and they’ll treat your home like it’s theirs.

While doing an amazing job connecting the appropriate water line for my new refrigerator install. I also appreciate the great customer service from Dexter. Can’t recommend their company enough!! Contacted them on Tuesday that we were having issues with another HVAC company not returning calls/ emails or providing a quote on a unit. They were out on Thursday, found the issue and replaced the unit on Friday. Very organized, sent reminder text and the communication from every person was very professional! Highly recommended!! Called HomePros at 6 this morning because I had standing water in kitchen and living room. Checked meter and it was spinning like a top. Dalton was able to come right out and get me fixed up. Extremely knowledgeable and nice.

Super nice young men and they are surely experts at what they do. The job was done in a matter of minutes. What I didn't expect was the $200 price tag just to unclog a toilet.

I am not a relative and am I affiliated with Home Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Air, therefore, this review is totally unbiased and honest. Our home was struck by lightning June 8 at 4:30 a.m. I didn’t know what to do and a friend recommended Home Pro. A technician came out Sunday and got our air-conditioning working temporarily until we could call the insurance company and get the process started. Also, our tankless water heater was completely destroyed.
They replaced the tankless water heater.
The technicians that came out to repair the air conditioning and tankless water heater were proficient and honest. I dealt with both of the owners and they went above and beyond to Assist my husband and me anyway they could.
I didn’t feel that the owners were trying to upsell services and products that I didn’t need. I cannot say enough positive about this company’s high standards and integrity. We don’t know what we would have done without Home Pro plumbing, Heating, and Air.
