Jerry has always been very responsive and tentative to the customers we have referred to him. We would call him for all our needs.

Our insurance company sent them. They came to remove the interior damage from hurricane Sally, and cover our roof to prevent further damage. They caused even more damage by improperly nailing tarps all over the roof. It rained that night through each nail hole they made, causing the entire room to flood.

Jerry was fast to respond and even came out after hours to assess the situation and stayed until everyone left.

I have used PuroClean many times and they always seem to out perform my expectations. We are lucky to have such a great service in Mobile, AL.

Leadership is clearly involved in the day-to-day operations. Team members were pleasant and respectful. They will be the first call on any future problems.

We had a vent pipe that was leaking into a wall and light switch box for an extended period of time and by the time the plumber found it, the sheetrock had become saturated. Chris Lockett came to the rescue with his sophisticated tools and expertise and isolated the damage. We were able to immediately began a restoration process with minimal structural damage.

Had some moisture damage and demo work done. They are the best! Excellent work, very professional and left the worksite clean. 10 stars
