Dre & Addie have been fabulous. They came into the home made the assessment and moved efficiently with the removal process. Dre has been excellent with communicating and educating us during this entire process.

The servpro team went above and beyond to clean our home. We recently had renovations done, leaving everything in our house covered in dust, hair, and anything else you can think of. The team spent three days cleaning, making sure everything looked good as new. Aside from the cleaning, the members themselves were very kind and sure to always keep me updated with everything going on. I would use servpro again and would recommend them to others.

Kacie arrived first and, after hearing the details of our ‘water’ problem, quickly went to work. She explained the cleanup process in understandable detail, letting us know the extent of damage and the three levels of repair, i.e. if level one doesn’t complete the cleanup, they implement level two etc.
Then, Grace arrived to single handedly install the described level one. Extremely professional and Impressive response. Thank you SERVPRO of Mobile County.

Kacie and Grace were amazing! They made a plan to remove the water from our laundry room and explained everything down to the last detail. We are very happy with the customer service and would recommend ServPro Mobile to anyone of our friends, family and neighbors!!

We suffered water damage to our laundry room due to leaky faucet housed under the utility sink cabinet. We called Servpro for water damage mitigation. Over a weeks time Servpro dried up the water damage. Servpro and we couldn’t seem to agree on the rebuild portion of the settlement, so we sought other contractors. Now that we are in the rebuilding phase, it has been pointed out to us that Servpro did not stop the leak. They placed some temporary valve on the faucet that is once again leaking. We thought the water issue was resolved when they removed their equipment and told us we could proceed with the rebuild. We now have a new wet spot where the faucet was supposedly shut off. This is an insurance nightmare and we will have to come out of pocket since we did not know to include the faucet repair in our claim. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated and will never use Servpro again.
Today 12/17/2025
Kacie from the mitigation side of Servpro talked to me and explained that they do not use plumbers; but they stopped and dried up the leak. The caps that they placed on the faucets were temporary and have now begun to leak. Kacie offered to bring a fan to dry the leak at no charge; which we appreciate, but did decline since we already have a construction crew capable of mitigating any problems going forward. So there was a misunderstanding as to what the mitigation side and the rebuild side of Servpro would do. I will say that we were pleased with the mitigation crew and we were hoping to work with Servpro on the rebuild portion. However that transition from mitigation to rebuild was far from simple and we moved on with another contractor.

The Servpro team that came to my home was outstanding! All three guys worked quickly and professionally to set up the equipment to dry out my house. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. One of them even had to crawl under the house, and he did it without hesitation. They stayed until every piece of equipment was running properly. I really appreciated their hard work, positive attitudes, and the care they showed for my home. Highly recommend this

This was, fortunately, the first time having to use Servpro. We had a house fire and some of the accompanying damage that occurs with that. Servpro has been professional, competent and attentive throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend.

Serv Pro did an excellent job on my home. There was a few employees that really stood out being Matt, Conrad and Lee. They went way beyond in helping me . I hope to see these guys again because of their expertise and they really cared about my home and was extra careful to not cause anymore damage . Everyone at Servpro have been very helpful and professional. I had a refrigerator line leak into my bedroom ruining the carpet and wall. Servpro cleaned that up and will begin reconstruction next week. All the furniture had to be taken out of my room so construction can begin. Matthew and Conrad moved all the furniture in different places for me. They did an excellent job and was very professional and polite.
