Thanks again guys…Also Kaci I believe is how you spell her name was amazing as well! She came out and was very thorough with explaining things to us and in this hectic time calmed us down! The entire team of Serve Pro has been great. Kaci has been upfront about the entire process and has answered every question I’ve had. I have been dealing with Lee and Jeff on the mitigation and demo side. They have both gone above and beyond to treat me like family and made sure I am comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with their service so far and would recommend them to everyone!

I didn’t hold out much hope this house would get very clean. What an amazing surprise when I did the walkthrough! I cannot say enough about the cleaning crew led by Ms. Vicki. Kacie responded to my service inquiry promptly. The work was scheduled very quickly and all done professionally and efficiently and everyone was so friendly!! Vicki and Candace managed to do in just one day what would have taken me at least a week to do on my own. Their hard work, kindness, and good communication has been above and beyond expectation. They’re coming back to finish up in a day from now, but the house is already looking so much better. ServPro is an absolutely professional company and everyone we’ve worked with so far has been unbelievable. Kacie who did the initial walkthrough has also been great.

My experience with Servpro , I had no stress about their job . We are a General Contractor , our clients trust Servpro , they have a good reputation and are very professional completing the job removing water and moisture before mold starts to set in . Their equipment is tops in its field .

While not “sewage” from plumbing lines, the job included animal & human feces waste throughout the home. The floors look amazing & home smells better!

Vicki and LaLa came to my house today to clean the furniture that had been in storage since the fire over 2 years ago and did an awesome job! Not only is it cleaned but it smells great as well. They were professional, courteous and detailed. It was a pleasure having them here!

They accepted the job and said that they would be at my home first thing around 8 a.m on Friday morning. So I had someone at my home waiting. Well at 11:00 a.m. still never heard from them so I called and told them not to worry about my job. These people are not good for business
