I went into Graybar, looking for some cabling for a project we had going for a vessel working offshore (moored at MARRS Shipyard in Mobile). The guy behind the counter looked at the cable, and told me he would get back to me with a quote in a day or two. "Great" I said, and left my contact information.

Never called back.

They are nice enough, but not great at what they do.
