I was amazed at the work of this electrician. Reliable USA came and repaired a grounded outlet for us. He has worked with the hot wires carefully. He is a top-notch electrician, and I will recommend him to everyone.

The team of these electricians was so professional and friendly. When we had them for an electrical issue at home, they got along with me nicely. So for that, I appreciate their attitude. It was nice working with these guys.

I have not been happy with this company at all!!!! My generator was to be installed three weeks ago and it was not because they forgot to call Alabama Power to have the power disconnected. Now that my generator is installed three weeks later, they failed to call in an inspector with the City of Mobile to come out for inspection!!! The Citi of Mobile said the generator company had to call in inspection!!! Now no one will answer the phone!!!
My power is off and generator is running!!!!!

We got a 24k whole house, Generac. They had a team of guys come out. All outstanding! Randy was above reproach! He lead the team and exceeded all our expectations.

The company and its staff are without a doubt outstanding! They do absolutely outstanding work and it meets and exceeds expectations and regulations. They also ensured that the area was clean after installation and completed a test of generator before departing. The sales staff were also very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the two brands they sell and install. The gas contractor (DeFranco Gas also was outstanding and were very good at installation and cleanup.

A fault showed up on my mobile link for my Generac 24 kW. I called Generac Mobile, AL store and Sal walked me through a simple reset procedure over the phone. Even tho I have a 10-year warranty, this particular fault was likely caused by my inadvertent touching of a switch on generator exterior while clearing some branches in area. A service visit to perform this super simple reset would’ve cost me $60! Thanks so much to Sal for the quick response and excellent customer service!!! And for saving me $60! :)

Wanted me to pay before the appointment. The day of the appointment, a young guy showed up thirty minutes late- past the 8-9am time period provided. He was not able to service our generator. Made an appt for two weeks out for the man that was able to service it. I confirmed the appt and then they did not show up the day of the appt and told my husband I did not confirm on the text sent. I have the text proof. What a waste of my time.
