High prices keep me away .but sometimes there isn't any other place that has the part.Very nice folks make it seem like your getting the preverbial good deal,but you aren't .

As an electrician I do a lot of business with supply houses. This one is okay the people that work there are pretty friendly. And they try to get you out as quickly as possible.

I called on some prices and Christy was so wonderful, she helped me so much and I loved the fact that she was not in any hurry to get off of the phone until she was sure that I had all the info I needed, she was very professional, thank you Christy!!!

fantastic service..I was there for a part for my dad's wheelchair lift and they didn't have it but she was fantastic to help me find it. She didn't have to do that and went way beyond.... and there was a gentleman in there buying parts from Smith electronics and he even tried to help. If we have more people like them in the world 90% of the problems in this world would be gone. I dont normally leave reviews...I tell them when they do good, but this morning I was renewed by their kindness.

Never told me a price. Never told me about any fee. Called me a month and a half later with an overpriced number. They was only there 30 min. Never again.

I called Thomas Electric to inquiry about an install I needed. Mr. Thomas gave me a price for services needed and he scheduled a date for install. He arrived on said date and time. Professional service provided. I will definitely use again.

MR.Leslie Thomas and his staff did an excellent job on our home in oakliegh garden district. He was very professional and did a wonderful job on providing us external lighting in addition to adding outside receptacles. His work is top notch and recommend he and his company without reservations ! Thx for a job well done!

Banks Electrical should be your first call to an electrician. Their prices are very reasonable and they will not leave until you are pleased with the work, in which I'm more than sure you will be. I was without power on one side of my home for over 3 yrs and I was at serious potential threat for a fire, also some of my outlets hadn't worked since the 90's. They were at my home at the time scheduled and went to work right away day one he had the side that was down back up and running day two for only a couple hours they were complete.
