They refused to even look at the job and gave me a quote. Wanted to charge me $135 an hour without even telling me they can cap it at a certain amount of money. He ended up hanging up on me. You know the market is good for you when you can just treat customers this way.

I called Walley Electric on a Saturday after calling a couple of other places that did not answer, and one business that was a national dispatch service. Doug answered the phone. After listening to my problem, Doug suggested it could be a tripped breaker. I was skeptical because I had already checked the breakers, and none appeared to be tripped. I flipped all the breakers off and then back on. Problem solved. I greatly appreciate Doug's experience and expertise. I also appreciate that he was watching out for me. I don't feel like I would have gotten that had I stayed on the phone with the dispatch service.
