Home Builder reviews in Mobile, Alabama

In late 2024 I bought one of their 2023 builds after the original buyer lived there for <1 year. My wife and I are very pleased overall. We did discover that the master shower was leaking. This was outside of the warranty period, but I still reached out to them asking for some advice on how to proceed with repairs. Jacob has been very helpful, and has even offered to send somebody out to inspect the shower beyond the coverage of the warranty. That goes a long way in my book.
