My cleaning professional, Christina, communicated well to make sure everything was to my liking. She was friendly and efficient! My house looks and smells great!

i would give ten stars if that were possible! We have used this cleaning service for two years and every experience has been positive. Not only do they leave my house in sparkling condition, they always are so friendly & upbeat that they are a pleasure to welcome into our home. In the instances when I have needed to reschedule an appointment, they have always accommodated us without complaints. It is obvious that the culture in this company is one of doing their best to satisfy every client, every time. Maids a la Mode is, without a doubt, the best cleaning service in this area!

Moving is stressful enough - even when you have service providers assisting - but Maids a la Mode took a huge burden off my shoulders. Cynthia and her crew worked into the night to get my house spotless for listing pics the next day. They had an incredible work ethic, aptitude and attitude. They truly saved my day and did it with a smile. I highly recommend this business and their professional team. Thank you!

Incredibly happy that I was able to talk to an actual human to make the appointment, select the service and get it all set up in under 5 minutes. Christina arrived on time, made a final assessment on the job and got started immediately. I can’t recommend her enough; kind, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I have a 40 y/o house and she got some things cleaner than when I moved in. Will use this service again. Really happy.

The ladies who came from Maids a la Mode were early but didn't bother me because they were early! They bring all their supplies and explained what they would use. We reviewed my priorities and expectations and they went right to work. They were very personable, polite, and respectful.
They went right to work and worked consistently with only one water break for 3.5 hours. The house smelled great when they were done. Everything was shining and all the surfaces clean (I had asked for special attention to woodwork, blinds, Windows) and shiny! I thought their rates were very reasonable and I was quite happy with their work. Annie and Miracle did great work! Thank you Kiersten!

We have been using maids a la mode for years, and they always have excellent customer service! After our long term cleaning pro retired, our house wasn’t the same. However, Alexis swooped in and brought the sparkle back to our home! You know if someone sends you pictures of the final product they put a lot of pride and effort into their work! I would 1000% recommend Alexis!

Oct. 2023 UPDATE
We took a break over the summer from our regular scheduled service and are so happy to be back with Maids a la Mode! They keep making improvements - like using better cleaning supplies and adding in services to their biweekly cleans. I’m always so happy on cleaning days - their cleaning is always such a relief and encouragement! One (hundred!) less things for me to have to worry about and do myself! Thanks Maids a la Mode!

I ADORE Maids a la Mode! We've been with them for over a year now, regular recurring service and have worked with many of their team members. My husband and I are consistently delighted by the care they give our home and how good it feels to come home after they've been there.
We have had experience with other services here and in other cities but have never worked with another agency who is as easy to do business with, as professional about their online booking and appointment management, or who does a job this great every single time.
I highly recommend Maids a la Mode! In fact, now that I'm thinking about it, it may be what everyone gets for Christmas this year :D

Savanna did an excellent job of cleaning my house! She was thorough, and did not rush through . Everything was sparkling clean when she left— and she even “ organized” areas that needed it- which pleased me quite a bit!

Charmaine was excellent! I was very impressed with how prompt and thorough she was, but also quick. The house looked and smelled so good when she was done!

The service was excellent. They were able to schedule an appointment for two days after I called, which was greatly appreciated, especially at the holidays. Amelia worked extremely hard and was very diligent in getting my house deep cleaned. I was extremely impressed with her work ethic and attention to detail. She made my house shine.
