Angela and her team do an excellent job! They are reliable, consistent, and work very fast! I like that the team can clean my entire house thoroughly in just a couple hours so it’s not a major interruption to my day. They do a good deep clean and have great attention to detail. Scheduling is easy, rates are fair. I trust her in my home and she’s a nice person. I highly recommend!

Not satisfied!! I purchased a preowned home. I call The Maids and explained to them that the house was empty and In need of a deep clean (everything to be cleaned). I was told not to worry that everything would be cleaned. After they arrived, the manager said that she needed to increase the price $180 because I had a lot of kitchen cabinets. (They were already there, so I agreed).

As I did the walk through I was finding stuff that wasn’t cleaned and they were going back trying to clean it. After they left I looked over my house and OMG! My house was NOT CLEANED. My floors were still dirty, I swept and mopped and the mop water was Black. The bathrooms were NOT cleaned, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, cabinets were not cleaned, dust and spider webs still remain in certain areas. It was so much that I discovered that wasn’t cleaned. I literally had to clean my house myself. I do want to say that they did clean my baseboards and the plantation blinds. When I notified their office and sent pictures, they asked if I wanted them to come back out. My reply was NOooooooo. You have already shown me how you clean. So she did take off the $180 up-charge. For the amount of money that I paid I was just expecting my house to be squeaky clean. I was highly disappointed. I just don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake of having high expectations from THE MAIDS.

Brianna and all of Team 6 are fantastic! They’re thorough, professional, cheerful, and responsive to our needs.
