They did an excellent job as usual. I have used them multiple times. The guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

I contracted outdoor carpet cleaning 175 miles away. The employee was very courteous. I have not seen the work, but this is the third time we have contracted Stanley Steemer and I am confident that they did an excellent job.

Never again. Showed up 1 1/2 hours before requested time. Expectations diminished when the employee had to call his boss and send pictures on how to clean a LVP floor. Had bathroom tile supposedly cleaned and sealed. They sealed right over parts that didn't get clean. Lvp looked good wet when they asked us to check it but as it dried a film of dirt remained easily evidenced by wiping with a paper towel. LVP was slightly cleaner then before but walking across it you could feel the grit and see dog hair along with sections that appeared untouched. Waste of 700 bucks. Bathroom tile photos attached.

Had really bad stains from the past year of training our new puppy. Once house trained we looked at our carpet and said now what? Spend a small fortune on new floors? But decided to give Stanley Steamer a go at our awful carpet. Super glad we did. Our carpet looks amazing! All of the stains vanished, gone! Dustin our carpet tech was extremely nice, polite and very professional. Highly recommend Stanley Steamer and hopefully you'll get to meet Dustin.

We just had Stanley steeper come out and Dustin and Jared cleaned our six Area rugs they did a fantastic job they cleaned up. They were very polite great workers and they were done within an hour. Amazing work the rugs look great thanks again Dustin and Jared.

The technician was polite, but I feel as though he didn’t really take his time. He started the job at 2:40 and was packed up and running my card at 3:05. The main spots in my carpet that needed the cleaning still look exactly the same.. If he would have expressed that he couldn’t get the areas clean then I would have understood but he did not express that at anytime. The photos attached are after the carpet was “cleaned”.

The two men that came were very professional and did a great job!
We had a large shag rug and a smaller rug that had pet odors and stains on them. They both look great now and smell good too.They showed up on time and It took less than an hour. We are very pleased. Thank you!

The guys were awesome!! They were punctual, polite & didn't push service or products on me. Plus, the company doesn't charge taxes or a fee to pay by card!! I totally recommend!!

Jalen and Fernando were great! They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and proceeded to clean and protect the carpets and and rugs I had listed. Fernando recommended adding a rug in the living area which I approved. They cleaned up very well as they went along and were very courteous. This was my first experience using Stanley Steamer, and I was pleased with the results!

None of their vans are registered or have tags. They are not licensed to clean air ducts but yet they still do. Falsify information to charge more for emergency services. Look for a company with integrity. I’d run from this one.

I had my truck interior cleaned after my dog had an accident with urine involved. The smell was horrific. Jerit came out and said he would take care of it. My truck smells 1000% better (with no urine smell at all) and looks brand new now. Thanks so much for helping me out. Jerit had great customer service and did an awesome job.

We wanted to have a complete cleaning of our home's HVAC ducts and vents, and contacted Stanley Steemer to do the job. Our total experience with the company's Mobile, AL office (Dustin, Jared, and Fernando) was excellent in competence, efficiency, and thoroughness. They were each friendly and pleasant while doing superb work in their areas of expertise. We highly recommend them.

Chris and Andre were exceptional. They cleaned my down stairs carpets and I am so pleased. Looking forward to having them back for the upstairs carpets and stairs.

The young man who serviced my carpet, arrived on time, evaluated the area, explained the process and how it would be handled, and efficiently and professionally began to work. He was thorough and completed the job to my complete satisfaction! I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services.

My carpet had to be cleaned twice and included three technicians. I commend the company for eventually cleaning my carpet. The Stanley Steemer vehicle leaked oil on my very clean driveway. I complained to the company twice, but no one addressed the problem. Very poor customer service!

We had a great experience with Stanley Steemer today. Dustin came out and cleaned our sofa, a living room chair, and a room of carpet, and he did an excellent job from start to finish.

Dustin was friendly, professional, and very courteous. He took his time, clearly knew what he was doing, and paid attention to the details. The upholstery looks fantastic, the carpet came out great, and he was able to significantly improve and remove several pet stains.

This is not our first time using Stanley Steemer, and once again they delivered top-notch service. Consistent quality, great technicians, and results you can see. We’ll definitely continue using Stanley Steemer and will be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first, because I’ve been ripped off by a laundry service prior to this experience. Kera put my worries to rest and did a phenomenal job introducing herself, cleaning AND preparing my home for relatives who were moving in.
I don’t want to book with ANYONE else.
