I cannot believe how professional, considerate, and kind Jared was. I have 3 dogs and a cat and it looks amazing.

My technician was polite, but did not bring furniture floor guards and was not going to move furniture. I wanted my whole carpet cleaned not just open areas. He said his boss didn't supply him with the guards, so I got aluminum foil and put on the feet of the chairs and table so he could clean under them. He also had to take time to duct tape the hose. Company needs to do better. Waiting for the carpet to dry and see a positive result.

Dustin was fantastic and the Stanley steamer team impressed me by getting out old stains and pet stains. Would recommend.

My living is not a huge one.

My couches looked great but my recliner was still covered in stains after they were steamed. I was at work when the person came in to steam clean but I wish he would’ve told me he wasn’t able to get the stains up. I was a bit disappointed because I feel that if the stains came out of the couches I don’t understand why they wouldn’t come off the recliner.

Our carpet is old and really needed cleaning bad, Fernando did a very good job, there were a couple of stains that were never going to come out but they look better for sure. Right now the carpet looks great.

Horrible don’t not allow to clean your upholstery. My sectional is a light grey and now my sectional look beige.Horrible!!!!

Splatter left all over the walls and floor board. Had my hardwood stripped and cleaned. A maintenance coat was added as well. However, I had to ruin the work because I had to clean my walls. Spent almost $600 for nothing
