Paid several thousand dollars for a rain-bird "wifi" irrigation system to be installed. The control box apparently didn't come with the wifi adapter. Business owner insisted he would get it to me the next day. Its been nearly two months and after repeatedly asking him for the adapter i finally just ordered it myself for another $100. Nice guy, but for the amount of money we spent, having to spend another $100 for something that should have been included, really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I called West Bay and spoke to a Mr Terry , nice guy with amazing workers. It looked like a tornado hit my yard and more. He came out gave me a wounderful price that was better than the others that came out. And a day or so later his guys came out and did wounders; I couldnt believe it was more than i imaged. You and your team are amazing and i will be referring you to all my family and friends again, Thank you!!
