Always on time, once I called because I was having a party and Terry and his crew came over, (out of rotation), and took care of my lawn same day! Excellently delivered product by a real stand up guy and crew!

Terry and his crew were hard workers and very careful that they did the job right and to my satisfaction. West Bay installed an irrigation system in my front yard, prepped the yard for sod, installed borders around flower beds, and then laid five flats of Zoysia Palisade in my front yard. I love how my front yard looks now. Thank you West Bay Landscaping!!

Got everything done correctly and in a timely manner

I had a bit of an emergency to get my yard cleaned up on a big time crunch. Terry came out to the house, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and was able to squeeze me into their schedule and get the job done on time for me and salvage the total mess that was my yard. I'll absolutely be continuing to use them for regular maintenance now!

They have good reviews so I tried to get them to come out to do some repair work on our sprinkler system but I could never get them to show up. They told me three separate times that they would come out but each time they never showed up. So I guess if you can get them to actually show up it sounds like they'll do a good job, unfortunately I never could.

Update: The owner contacted me and and explained that they were swamped with work and was very eager to make things right. So even though things didn't work out this time I would definitely call them again if I needed some landscaping or irrigation work done.

Terry and his guys have truly transformed our backyard over the last few months. They started with a shady, soggy, mud pit, and turned it into a beautiful little backyard oasis for our family. We were due to host almost 30 family members on Christmas Day, and they worked tirelessly into the evening (after a few weather delays, etc) one night to make sure it was ready for a crowd! Really great people and excellent work! We look forward to meeting with them again in the new year to begin the planning phase for the front yard. I cannot say enough good things!

I used west bay landscaping for several jobs and was top notch each time! They are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Showed up when they said they were and communicated all throughout the project. These guys are the real deal and I highly recommend them!!

Excellent job cutting and trimming my yard. Unfortunately, my yard poses a bit of a challenge because it is uneven in several places. They cut my grass even and on a level plane! Wow! Beautiful!

Terry and his crew did an irrigation and sod install on my front yard. The install was quick and ahead of schedule and the sod looks amazing. I went with the Zoysia on Terry’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier. I’ll be a repeat customer for any of my lawn care needs. 10/10 would recommend West Bay to anyone looking for good quality landscaping services.

I would highly recommend West Bay Lawn Service. They are very professional and detail oriented. They cut, weed eat, edge and blow off my driveway usually in 30 minutes.

Westbay Landscaping: poor customer service- they don’t show when they say they will- they don’t return phone calls or texts-no service maintenance or response to leaking valves or sprinkler heads under warranty-the reviews I’ve read is not what I experienced from Westbay Landscaping, What happened to customer satisfaction. The customer reviews played considerable influence on making my choice very disappointing experience.

Terry and crew did a wonderful job on my yard he recommended zoysia grass. I was a bit hesitant, because I like the look of Centipede and St Augustine, but I can say the Zoysia does look very nice and full in my yard!

Terry returned my voicemail and said he'd come by one day last week to take a look at our landscaping needs and to talk about regular maintenance. I have yet to see or hear from him. Moving on to someone dependable who wants our business.

West bay is a company I would recommend to anyone. They installed irrigation and sod. The owner Terry was super kind and takes a great deal of pride in his work. It is extremely rare to find a company that takes as much pride and West Bay does. They went above and beyond in every aspect of this job. West Bay Landscape and Lawn replaced the sod in our yard and has continued to maintain it with lawn services. They have also worked on our irrigation system. Terry and staff are professional and responsive to our needs. Overall we have had a great experience with this company!
