Drainbusters responded to our “emergency” and were here in about an hour. Christopher and Stephen were very professional and quoted me 3 options. After choosing, they had me up and going again before noon. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris ( and I’m sorry I don’t remember the other guy’s name that was helping ) did a great job. These are employees that I would want to work for me.

We called Drainbusters for a toilet leak at our office. They responded immediately and had someone on-site within the hour. Chris was amazing and the repair was fast and well done. While here, we had a drain repaired since he was so professional and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the service was great. I highly recommend Drainbusters.

Could not say enough good things about Bruce and the Drain Busters! We called them at 3 pm on a Monday afternoon and they were here by 8 am on Tuesday morning. The problem was quickly assessed and handled. We were given three options for service at affordable rates.

Wrapping faucets for snowmageddon I found my waterline leaking Friday afternoon. One call and Bruce was here not only fixing the PVC waterline from the meter at the street leak off the house's copper pipe. He not only fixed it but installed a shut off valve at the house for my line from the street. If I have a leaking water heater no need to turn it off at the meter on the street with a T tool. Highly Recommend! THANK YOU!

Bruce was extremely professional and considerate. My mother had a medical emergency while he was on site and Bruce was kind enough to help me get my mother to my vehicle.

Bruce and Steven were so kind. I called yesterday with an issue we had where a company ran their fiber optic line through our drain line for our plumbing. This caused a back up inside our home and a sink hole in our front yard. I had been working with another plumber who would not return calls after quoting us and called Drain Busters and they promised to be out the next morning. They made good on this promise. They were here first thing the next morning and came out to do (what I thought was a quote and estimate) however, they knew I needed help and started and completed the job same day (in a couple hours) they explained everything to me, every step of the way. I am so grateful to these guys for being so kind and getting the job done right! Price was fair, they were on time, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them more! Called on a Friday and they were more than happy to come out same day. They were through with the price and reasonable! Very happy with their service. Bruce was my tech and was so nice and kind. Anymore plumbing problems I have I will be calling this place.

Had a toilet plugged up and needed someone same day! I called 3 places trying to get an appointment and got an appointment with one only to get cancelled an hour later. I called Drainbusters next, and they sent Christopher out within an hour. He was friendly and professional, and took care of the problem quickly! Fair price! I’ll use them again!

This review is for the October 2025 services. Not our first call to Bruce and Drainbusters and we are totally satisfied with their service. This time we determined we had un under the slab hot water pipe water leak. Chris and Steven came out and we discussed several ways to solve the problem. The main problem was no hot water!! We all agreed that re-piping the entire house was the most efficient way to fix the problem over the long-term (20+ years). Chris and Steven worked their butts off to get this done while limiting damage to the sheetrock (which they don't fix). This was a huge project but they stuck with it and got it done within the time estimate. We highly recommend Drainbusters.

Very pleased with everything about the experience of having water heater replaced by Drainbusters Plumbing. Bruce was very personable and experienced and went to great lengths to put our minds at ease by saying that the job was going to be done perfectly to our expectations. And it was. My appointment was for 12noon. Bruce called because he had finished up with his previous job and asked if we wanted a earlier appointment time. We said yes. He came out and took great care of us. We feel like we gained a friend. The price is right, and the customer service is the best. Thanks Bruce and Drainbusters Plumbing for turning this nightmare into a pleasant experience.

I called for a Problem with my Drain Line that was causing backup of Water in my Bathtubs and stoppage of Toilets.
Receptionist was very Courteous and Helpful with setting up an appointment.
Service Tech Christopher came the next morning, was very Polite, Professional, and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and get it resolved. He also explained everything to me as He worked and gave me some good information and handy Tips on how to avoid and resolve any further problems in the future.
I am satisfied with the work that was done clearing out my Septic Line and plan on calling DRAINBUSTERS again in the future.
