Bruce was great! Helped me find correct replacement kitchen faucet. I had no idea what would fit. He answered all my questions. A few hours later he came over and installed my new faucet the same day. Very nice and professional! Will definitely call for service again when needed. Faucet looks great! Thanks again.

I was in a bind on a weekend and Bruce came through in the clutch for me! Was able to squeeze me in the same day within a couple hours of calling and get me squared away. Have used Drain Busters on two separate occasions now and been very pleased both times.

Chris was awesome! He was so nice and full of knowledge. He worked quick to get our kitchen sink back in working order. Bonus, my dog (who usually barks at everyone) loved him. 😂 He’s good people. Would recommend him and drainbusters to anyone.

We had a big problem when the kitchen sink clogged up. I used Drain Busters last year with a bathroom clog, and was fully satisfied, I decided to call again . Bruce came out within a couple of hours and really took time to hear my concerns and explained what he would be doing. He thoroughly cleared my drain and cleaned up afterward. Very nice! He even called later to follow up and make sure everything was still good.
We can trust to call Drain Busters when there’s a plumbing problem! Professional and friendly! Thanks again!

Christopher was very knowledgeable and handled my situation quickly - (5) stars for him!!
The only reason why I didn’t give (5) stars is due to pricing. $300 seems high for 20mins of work. But maybe I’m wrong haven’t needed a plumber in quite some time.

They helped me install a septic tank in my house last December, but the backfill soil has not been there for three months. No one answered my calls and no one called me. This is irresponsible and there is no after-sales service.

Would not recommend. Not upfront about pricing. Was charged a service call of $50 to diagnose. Plumber turn on shower and advise $375. I then had the option to pay the $375 or lose the $50. Had the intake person told me the cost to complete the service I request, I would have had to opportunity to call and get adequate quotes.
