Excellent response to a hot water heater crisis that two other plumbing companies could not resolve. They got us up and running as quickly as possible and the technicians were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Were very pleased and we would highly recommend them.

I recently had my water heater repaired by the leak geeks plumbers, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and fixed the issue right away. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and the price was very fair—much better than other plumbers out here.

After buying a new house, it didn’t take long for an issue to pop up, specifically with the hot water heater. Some days we had hot water, and other days we didn’t. To make things more complicated, the house had a hot water heater that only certain companies service.
Thankfully, Leak Geeks came through for us even though we were outside their usual service area. They were able to come out within a day, quickly diagnose the problem, and coordinate with the manufacturer to order the needed parts. As soon as the parts arrived, they were back out the very next day to complete the repair.
It turned out there was more than one issue with the water heater, but the service technician, Ronnie, took the time to figure everything out and made sure it was fixed properly. Now we have plenty of hot water and peace of mind.

I had two tankless water heaters that had some age so I decided to have them changed out. Got three bids for the equipment I wanted. All three bids were close, but the one thing that stood out was Matt Moody with Leek Geeks Plumbing, He explained in detail to me what he was going to do, let me select the manufacture of the heaters. Showed up as scheduled and worked with his helpers to install a perfect set up. Very professional. I have never met these guys before doing business with them. I do not usually write reviews but have had issues with other plumbing contractors here in Mobile. If you are looking for an honest plumber give these guys a try. You will not be sorry.

Leak Geeks is the real deal! Nobody likes plumbing issues, but if you have one, don't hesitate to call them. Matt Moody is a kind, considerate, honest small businessman who backs up his promises. If he says he'll be there at a certain time, he'll be there, and you'll get a text saying he's on the way. Probably the next day. If he quotes you a price for your job, the final bill will be that or less. I was 100% satisfied and will call them again.
