I had many outside opinions on my plumbing issue but finally - and THANKFULLY - I was referred to Coastal Plumbing. Raymond and Tyler were awesome! They walked in and came up with a plan almost immediately. Super friendly, fast, and really knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how they kept me updated the whole time and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s such a relief to have someone reliable and thorough. Highly recommend!

So thankful to Jeff and his team. We needed a plumber to coordinate with our roofer to run pipe exhausts up (which requires some finesse on timing). Jeff’s team came right when we needed them and did a great job!

I have needed a couple of repairs here recently from under sink new knob, main outside shut off & 1968 bathroom faucet repair. The service has been prompt & professional. Jeff & Nick are great at what they do. I will have them install gas plumbing for my new stove soon.

They installed a new gas line so we could convert to a gas stove. They were prompt and installed the gas line very quickly. They knew we were in a hurry because our stove had just gone out, but we wanted to convert to gas- and during the holidays! They even came back out to adjust the line because the stove I purchased was very large! Thanks Coastal Plumbing! I would highly recommend this company.

Raimond and Brian performed repairs and services for us and were outstanding! We are moving to the area and had no established contacts for service trades. We will absolutely use this company for all our plumbing needs! The plumbers were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Coastal plumbing is the best! They have regularly arrived in a timely manner, and worked diligently to repair our 100 year old home’s plumbing. They are polite, friendly to our dog, leave the area clean and in working order. I am so glad I found this company. I recommend them to anybody who asks.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeff, and everyone at CPS. They were professional, prompt, and priced reasonably— what more can you ask from a company? Our old hot water heater would not stay lit (of course it happened late Friday afternoon) and we were heating water like pioneers. Jeff came on Monday, assessed the problem, and we have a new tankless water heating system installed within 24 hours, on Mardi Gras Day! Although the company was officially closed today, Jeff, Austin, and Brayden installed the new system and we can now enjoy hot showers again. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Byrd and CPS for any plumbing needs - they are the BEST!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Water Heater Nerds. After having my roof replaced, the vent pipe that runs from the outside vent to my water heater was cut and poorly reattached. When the pipe became detached, carbon monoxide was leaking into our home — a very serious and scary situation.

I called The Water Heater Nerds and they came out the same day. Trent and his team were kind, efficient, very knowledgeable, and they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue safely. Their professionalism and quick response gave me immediate peace of mind.
