Ellison plumbing does the best work in Mobile by far. I called them for a simple pvc pipe change for my pier and Blake Ellison himself returned my call. I really appreciated that the owner himself returned my call for such a simple job. I really appreciated that the owner called to take time for me. These people really care about the work they do. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers in mobile and I can tell you that Ellison plumbing is by far the greatest and they will take pride in any little or small job. I will always be with Ellison. I recommend it for everyone else too. They are neighborhood hero's

I met with Justin to discuss the hot water heater and agreed that it should be changed out. I purchased the new heater and pan and he agreed to install it. Justin came out at our agreed time. He drained and removed old heater. The old heater didn't have a catch pan and the plywood under was saturated from the leak. While he was getting the new one ready to install he gave me time to tear old plywood out and replace. He installed a catch pan under the he new heater and hooked everything up. I was very pleased with the job. I will call Ellison with any plumbing needs and recommend them. Tommy Green

What can I say but the best about Ellison Plumbing. My wife and I have been loyal customers for about 17 years and have had them out several times to repair minor leaks or replace 2 hot water heaters and have always had great service and pricing. The technician (Justin)was very informative. He was prompt finding the broken joint on the house main water line entering the home. The repair was done within 30 minutes.

I needed a part for my bathroom sink and I had been to three plumbing supply stores to no avail. One even told me I had to bring the part with me so he'd know what it looks like. I told him if I had the piece, I wouldn't be in the market for another one. Anyway, finally I worked my way to Ferguson Plumbing Supply. The employee was very friendly, professional and knew exactly what I needed and had me on my way in under five minutes. I was so impressed. I will tell my family and friends when they need plumbing supplies, please give Ferguson's a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Purchased a tub/shower unit a couple years back and sat it in my enclosed building. Installed and took first shower 3 months ago.
First time using and Shampoo bottle fell from edge of tub and punched hole in bottom of tub. I patched this hole but upon closer inspection of bottom while patching it revealed a defect in bottom of tub. Since then I now have another hole. Realizing the time that has passed since my initial purchase, I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. Was told warranty was expired and nothing they can do for me. I would’ve felt a lot better if they could’ve at least made an effort to talk with me and perhaps even offer me a discount on a replacement tub. Will move on to another company for future needs.
$$$$ just waisted.

I was in a bind searching for product at all the big box stores alas to no avail, tried amazon and they failed as well. My brother a retired plumber suggested Ferguson, I went in and Zach helped and ordered my new off size kitchen sink I picked it up the next morning. Ferguson has great people and and excellent service. Highly recommend them.
