We had water pipe that busted early morning, we called not knowing anybody around this area, receptionist was very nice within an hour and a half our pipe was fixed price was great Mr. Beard was very nice will most definitely use them again.

I called Coastal Plumbing Solutions to set up an appointment with what I thought at the time was a very small job…a leaking faucet. There was definitely “No Rush,” but they gave me an appointment for the same day that I called. Since my house was much older, I was not surprised that there was more to the dripping faucet than I could see. But Jeff Byrd was equipped and had the professional knowledge to handle it. He took the time to explain in terms that I could understand exactly what the issue was. Jeff and his team worked quickly and completed the job in a very timely manner.
The final price was very fair, and I cannot say enough about their great customer service. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and skill. If the need should arise, I will definitely be using them again.
