I love this place! Every time I've been in the store, with my extreme lack of plumbing knowledge, I've been greeted with a smile and very helpful staff. So 10 stars for the lovely employees! I cannot say enough great things about this store. I was also pleasantly surprised that their prices do compete well with the big box stores.

For trucks it’s a great place they start 7am or before no overnight parking but many places around to park, great people work here

Really nice folks willing to help me with a plumbing part that I could not find at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Although they did not have the part I needed , they refered me to another company nearby that had what needed

After visiting 2 big box stores searching for a washer for my outside spigot, I found Ferguson on a Google search. I walked in and began by saying, "I'm embarrased to ask for this, but I just need this litte washer." The guy helping me (shame on me for not getting his name) looked at it and said "just one minute." He walked outside, got the washer I needed out of his own personal assortment out of his car, and came in and handed it to me saying "Merry Christmas." I thanked him profusely and told him I'd be back to spend some money soon. That's a promise I intend to keep. That kind of treatment deserves to be rewarded.

We had a water leak in our attic in the middle of the night (of course!). We had to shut the water off to the entire, necessary but a pain. Coastal Plumbing returned our phone call and came out the next day to fix the leak. They did it promptly and with quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company!

Coastal Plumbing Solution installed all new plumbing in my historic home. They provided a detailed contract and were prompt and efficient in completing the job. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job was completed. Very satisfied and will use again for any other work in the future and would recommend to others.

Once again as always coastal plumbing is top notch for me the best I've had them at least five times the rates are reasonable the service is extremely fast and results are always good they're very honest company I love them I love the staff I love the service and they know that they have me 100% always looking for a good company this is it thank you guys so much for everything for laying out how much everything is going to cost to the t and reassuring me that everything will be taken care of I appreciate you guys.

Jeff, Raymond and the whole team were great to work with. They replaced a water heater and some faucets for us. With his product knowledge and experience Jeff helped us select the right water heater for the job, explained the process and gave pricing that was more than fair. He was even able to fit us on their schedule the day after my first contact in a non-emergency situation. I was instantly comfortable around the installation team. The job performed by Raymond was absolutely top notch! These guys WORK! Once installation was complete Raymond showed me how to adjust the water temp if I wanted and then went over the maintenance aspects. They cleaned up the mess and hauled the old unit off. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Coastal Plumbing Solutions. Perfection start to finish. Not to mention the fact that they are just nice honest hardworking people. If you want a job done right by true professionals in every sense of the word you really should use them. I’m glad I did. Big thanks to the whole team!

Awesome service! I called and was expecting it to be the next day before they could get here. To my surprise they called and was able to get me in sameday. Nick and Harris showed up and got right to work. Asked what was going on, took a quick look around and went to it. Definitely great service and quick response.

I can’t say enough great things about Coastal plumbing solutions and the entire team. From start to finish, excellent work and professionalism. I was so anxious about replacing the water heater and the amount of work that needed to be done in my home. But the team came in and quickly turned everything around. Replaced the water heater, Soldered new pipes for my washer dryer hook up, And just overall left me with a better feeling moving into my new home. Would strongly recommend to any homeowner looking for plumbing solutions in their home.

Nick was very professional when he installed our Hot Water heater for being a man 22 years old he did a fantastic job. Would recommend using him and Coastal plumbing Solutions again
