Fantastic work. Honestly just really good people. Was told by another company I had a leak in my slab and I needed to repipe my entire house. Blake from Ellison showed up and within two days, they located my leak and fixed my issue that was originating from the yard. Thanks for saving me 5000 dollars fellas.

Called Ellison Plumbing on 12/10/24 for an estimate on replacing water heater. Reasonable estimate, scheduled replacement for next day. 2 Technicians arrived a little early but called first. Work performed was professional, careful & clean. The plumbing work to connect new water heater was neat & well done.

Very pleasant and professional. After work was completed, price was cheaper than originally estimate. This tells me that they're honest. Also, they informed me in the beginning that it could be more than the estimate based on what they find. INTEGRITY is the word to describe this company. Justin was excellent

Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, he definitely prepped us for the worst and was right. Gotta love a guy that can sense exactly what you need! He fixed our grinder pump and the alarm that goes with it quickly! We figured this was an all day event and it only took 4 hours! Thanks for explaining plumbing to people who have never lived at sea level! (Who knew it'd be different?) Love the fact that they can take card right there, and not have to worry about a check. Hopefully we'll see you guys at the bar sometime soon and won't need you again that soon!

Quick response to an emergency when my former Plumbers, whom I have spent thousands with, put me off for several days. Very professional, honest, and understanding. The tech stay on the phone with the manufacturer for over an hour trying to get me the warranty coverage. I will be building another home again soon and these guys definitely have my business.

Justin did a great job but he told me if he broke the cap he would replace he just wanted to see if my sink was gone be working after he left so I call them to let them know Friday that it was no problem and ask when he would be out to put my cap on he broke so they said they was gone call him but he act like he don’t no what I was talking about my cap was on there b4 he did the work he didn’t find it like that so can I buy my own cap that’s the piece of the cap that went to the clean out he had to break

I had a wonderful experience with Ellison Plumbing. We were having a problem with our grinder pump, and they came out and helped us right away. The customer service was excellent as the different personnel working on fixing our pump were friendly, understanding, professional, and knowlegable in their jobs. I am impressed with how quickly they had the problem taken care of. I definitely will call them again next time and I highly reccomend them10/10 for any plumbing concerns you may have.

Came home from work to find a sizeable leak coming from the garbage disposal. It was about 6:00pm when I was contacted by Ellison via Yelp. Spoke with Blake and he said they could be out in the morning. This young guy (not Blake) called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and polite. Went right to the kitchen and said I needed a new garbage disposal. That one had been installed in 2014. He installed a new Moen and was done within 30 minutes. Everything seems to work great. No more leaks so I can use the sink again. I appreciate the quick response. Total for the unit/installation was $315.

I called on a Saturday, not knowing that they were closed; and someone actually answered the phone. He took my information and set up an appointment for Monday.
They came out early Monday morning, gave me a quote (which was half of what the other company quoted 😁) and completed the job in no time. They were very efficient; not to mention affordable!

They were able send someine over to clear our drain out in just a few days after calling. It took maybe 10 min for the guy to do the job. He also taught ne a few things about the showet drain and shower head. The cost was under $300. I highly recommend.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry for a quote. Blake came out the next day and produced a very competitive quote. They were able to get started the following day and showed up on time and completed the job great. I highly recommend them for your next job.
