We love this company! The team they have is excellent. Every tech we’ve met has always been super nice, helpful, and professional. Any time you call their office, the staff is super sweet and helpful, also. We’ve literally never had a bad experience with this company. We are so glad we chose Hansen when we needed a new air conditioning unit.

Emergency shower plumbing issue at our vacation rental in Orange Beach Alabama. Hansen to the rescue ! They worked with us immediately and had it done within an hour of our initial call. Emailed us pics and did everything professionally and thoroughly despite our living an hour away and providing keyless access. Highly recommend !

Mr. Zach and his Team-Mate performed a Safety Electrical Inspection of our year old newly constructed home, and identified a grounding safety hazard issue that warranted some attention, and also changed out a few inside panel breakers that seemingly were defective as they occasionally tripped causing frustrating outages. Finally they checked all plugs and GFCI outlets throughout the house making sure they were all safe and fully functional. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing, I am very pleased with Hansen and their Technicians courteous professional service.

Our technician was on time, called ahead and got us an estimate for what we wanted done. He was extremely helpful knowledgeable, courteous, and since we moved forward with getting some major work done we were not charged for our preventative maintenance call. This is our second exceptional experience with Hansen, we would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heating and cooling repairs, maintenance or for a new system.

Very bad. Wanted to charge unreasonable prices for simple fix. Then 4 hours after he said he was going to get my part. Conveniently didn’t have available. He was upset he was on call Memorial Day weekend. Apparently no other tech was answering calls. All they wanted to do was sell me a unit I didn’t need.

Everything was great from the beginning when I called the office to setup an appointment, the young lady was very nice, eager and professional with assisting me with my problem. The technician was very kind and professional in his job performance, he explained everything that was required to fix our system, I will definitely refer this company to anyone who needs any HVAC repairs or services.

Tyler and Jacob we’re very professional at installing my generator so glad they were the ones who did my wiring

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and after checking out the problem he presented three options to correct the situation. Once we agreed on the solution he had it repaired fast and efficiently. He tested for any leaks and after my wife and I were very satisfied Josh cleaned up the area and disposed of all the trash and old parts.
I always have confidence in calling Hanson to take care of anything that goes wrong and have never been disappointed with the technicians or the quality of their service.

As always Hansen provides excellent serviceable care to their customers. Their service people very friendly and knowledgeable. Dillion was our service man he is the 👌 best. Robert Young .Came out on 2/8/25... Did an update on maintenance on my Air conditioner..He check everything that needed to be done . we was intelligent, and respectful young man. This was our first experience with Hansen and they knocked it out of the park. We came home to water in our laundry room in the late afternoon. They were here within an hour! James was thorough and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the water heater was the actual problem. He got it replaced and working the same night. Definitely recommend!!

Tech was polite and was done in a timely manor. Was told they would be there at noon didn’t show up until about 2:30pm because dispatch kept putting him on a new job after new job before getting to me. Original appointment was a morning but didn’t get a call until he was already heading to my house I would have been there if I had a proper heads up. I cleared my work appointments for noon then had to clear more due to the 2 and a half hours of waiting.

The install of the new ac unit inside and out took 4-5 hours and they cleaned up after themselves (great). The duct work replacement was completed with a different team and that took all of 6 hours a couple days later. This duct work is larger than what i had in my attic prior. They also cleaned up after themselves inside and out. My old (40 yo) system would come on in the morning and stay on until well after midnight. This new system comes on cools and goes off reducing my daily bill to less than half. The only complaint we have is the system is loud. Otherwise i am very satisfied up to now 2 weeks later.

Hansen SuperTech AC installers were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend Hansen Super Techs for AC installation. And more importantly they are customer focused in making sure the job is done RIGHT and stand by their work. Blessings Always

knowledgeable and diligent in obtaining an estimate for repairs that was reasonable. I will post a follow-up remark when the replacement of my air-conditioning compressor is completed.

The plumber was on time, did the job as promised,and cleaned up well afterwards. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, was nice and personable. No complaints. I would use them again.

My grinder pump alarm went off and Blake came by after hours on a Friday to assess and service my pump. Unfortunately, parts had to be ordered and did so. I’m a nurse and I know that customer service is extremely important. Pam was also extremely professional and they communicated with me throughout the whole process until it was completed. I would highly recommend.

Ellison Plumbing provided an estimate quickly and followed up with a fast start date for my sewer work. Work was completed quicker than estimated even with bad weather. I would use them again.
